Saraswatichandra Written Update 3rd September 2014

The episode starts with Saraswati cancelling engagement and announcing marriage leaving the family flabbergasted.

Kumud is crying in her room when Saras comes. She asks Saras what was the need to burn his hand and tells him that the marriage is happening nevertheless. Saras is like - God knows how much I love you Kumud and that I cannot live without you. He will find a way!

Kumud is still in depressive mode. She wants to go away from Saras to keep "The Maa" happy. Saras again is adamant. Saras is only Kumud's property and Kumud better bears it in mind. The family is talking about the hand roasting incident and how Saraswati's mental imbalance is creating problem. Saras comes and says that there is a way if Kumud and the family are with him. Dugbaa is like - yes moments of weaknesses will always be there in life but Saras will just have to balance it.

She also believes that till Kumud and Saras are together, even God will bow to their wishes. Everybody smiles.

Saras sees Kumud who is shifting to Dugbaa's room... for Maa!! Both are miserable because they can't live without each other but have to...for The Maa.

The Maa is restless in her sleep and wakes up and is upset. Her toy Chandra is not there. She goes out of her room. Danny and Kusum are talking about Saras and Kumud and their ups and downs and how God keeps testing them. Danny sees Gumaan's pic and is angry since everything nad happening to them is all due to Gumaan. Danny says he is ashamed to call her mom and hates her big time. Kusum agrees too that she is not worthy of being called a mother. Danny crushes the pic and throws it away only to be picked by Saraswati. Kumud sees her and hides. Arti comes and Saraswati tells her that she wants to meet the lady in the pic. Arti is shocked and tries to get the pic but Saraswati refuses to give it to her and claims to be friend with Gumaan. Arti is tensed. She tries to get the pic when Saraswati is sleeping but she is holding it tight in her sleep. Arti has no choice but leave and wait for the morning.

Kumud is now curious to know whose pic it is and why is Arti so keen to get it back. When Kumud goes to get the pic, she has no time to see it because Saraswati is up and starts creating a scene forcing Kumud to run away. She starts calling for Chandra and says that Kumud came to kill her. Saras and Dugbaa try to calm her down while Danny goes to get Kumud (who was outside) away from there. Arti comes and notices that the pic has disappeared.
