Arshicsji, I am really amused by the way you refer to our beloved creatives as 'ceeeveees' fondly. (I like this satire) The so-called creatives never fail to live up to it and their creative ability has become the subject of satire. How stuffy and old fashioned they are and they never cease to come up with stale and unoriginal ideas time and again. It seems they have a strong penchant for old hindi films (our previous generation) and constantly steal ideas from them and incorporate in our show to suit their absurd purposes. For instance the introduction of a new female character is clearly based on the unwritten rule that an eligible bachelor should not be left single. The girl though looking pretty and decent imitates the stereotype of film heroines (old style) as chirpy, lively, impulsive, overenthusiastic and of course overreacting. I just can't get over the old overused clich the cvs employed to show kabir-anushka's first encounter. Terrified of cockroach(!) she comes to his rescue, then the usual fight all of which may ultimately lead to the inevitable in the true filmi style. The mistaken identity is also a bad cliche and predictable. Even in the past circumstances we have had enough of our quota. We saw the complete reverse of saras's original character. As film stars saras enticed kumud through a song and kumud sulked (old fashion). Kalika's atrocious trick of trapping danny was again a worn-out and formulaic plot. The infamous kidnap sequence was shifted to London without any logical grounds as once in films they used to visit exotic locations just to shoot songs. (Of course the usage of the serene Manmohana song to search for the loved ones in old filmi fashion). These are all the glaring hackneyed ideas and plot in recent times. Please cvs no more 'ullu banaoing' with idea internet (i.e borrowed) and also no romantic angle for kabir. We are petrified by the very idea. Instead he can be entrusted with the task of accomplishing the noble and ultimate ambition of saras (ma ka school project). Being saraswathi's son entitles him to fulfil this duty and saras's dream. This way writers can boost the image of his character. Saras's detective mission is well under way and this is far better than his previous outings which were senseless and contrived. Even if it is not for his kumud he would have offered his services for this noble cause because of his high moral standards and social conscience. At last there is new ray of hope for school and children (courtesy of sundari). Nowadays the episodes are decent and reasonable except kabir-anushka scenes.

Earlier also we had parallel tracks like Kumari-Chulbul Pandey/ Sahas Rai, but this parallel track looks so unexciting and unimaginatively visualised.

Looks like Ship of Saras is in the making 😒

p.s. I caught a bit of YHM tonight... Karan Patel smiled when he said speech acchi thi par lamb thi?? He looked like SRK for a moment! Also strangely symmetric with SC where you have a Punjabi playing a Gujju 😊, it looks like you have the obverse happening on YHM. Niiice.
