Hey everyone, here's my latest top ten favorite scenes of Danny and Kusum. Hope you like them!
1. The scene where Kusum sneaks up on Danny when he is working on the laptop and bothers him that he calls her a mosquito and then falls with her on the bed. It shows that she doesn't think of him as just a friend anymore, but she has entered her comfort zone with him. Classic Dansum.
2. Scene where Danny is in the Desai house after Kalika's accusation and Kusum defends him in front of everyone, saying she knew he could never think of hurting anyone but she wanted Kalika to tell the truth. Because it shows her incredible loyalty to him but also her faith in his character.
3. Scene where they are all at the dinner table and she praises her mom, then feels bad later so she spells out "Sorry" in flowers and tea lights on the bed and table with a card where she hides behind to apologize for making Danny feel bad about his own mom accidentally. Danny says that he wants her to keep making mistakes so that she comes close to him over and over again. Awww.
4. Holi scene where she is being put to bed by Danny and she says to him that she wants to see him just before she goes to sleep and Danny strokes Kusum's head. Cute scene and even better knowing that Guman's plan of making her confess "love" for Saras backfires on her, bringing Danny and Kusum closer together.
5. Scene where Danny hides pieces of jewelry with notes around their room and Kusum puts them on and he finally appears through the window, asking who is this beautiful girl? Then he calls her Miss World, Miss Universe, and other things before holding her.
6. Scene where Danny and Kusum are talking about Kumud's baby and then Danny tells Kusum what better gift for the baby then a little brother or sister. How adorable their expressions were.
7. "Tell me something good." Danny calls Kusum from his house because he can't sleep and then she says "Good night" and hangs up. Sooo hilarious. Because he can't fall asleep without her.
8. Scene where Danny is at his house and Saras and Kumud make an excuse to get him to his room when Kusum climbs through the window with a cake to surprise him on his birthday. He totally isn't expecting it, and you can tell it means more to him to have his wife there on his special day than all of the expensive gifts his mom brought from Dubai. Awww.
9. Where Danny cuts a piece of cake and Kusum feeds it to him, wishing "Happy Birthday" and he says thank you so sweetly before feeding her some and getting some icing on the corner of her mouth. They can't take their eyes off each other here, and it's like they are in a world by themselves even though they are being forced to live separately.
9.5. Scene where Danny and Kusum are decorating the room for Saras and Kumud's suhaag raat and the whole place is covered in red flower petals. Danny tells Kusum to close her eyes, just before he switches on string lights which are throughout the room and then has her open her eyes. While she stands there admiring the magical effect of the room, he holds her and tries to lean in and kiss her before she laughs and runs off. Cute because they are doing something for someone else but Danny can make it into a soft romantic moment for them, since their own wedding night wasn't as charming. Awww.
10. Scene where Kusum finds the chocolate bar in Danny's pocket for their new beginning and starts eating it while he takes her picture with his phone. Then they start arguing about which kite shop to go to in the market. Then Danny saying it's their first fight after the wedding with his hands resting on her shoulders and saying "Congratulations Mrs. Vyas."
