But still, deep within our hearts we crave for the same intimacy from our leads(turned into caring elderly couple) which seems a rare possibility. Actually today I expected a one-on-one confrontation of father-son duo (ln-kabir), a scene packed with their outpourings, emotional outbursts, clearing of misgivings, mutual confessions and consolation etc, but again my hopes were in vain. I couldn't help reminiscing the LN-saras beautiful and poignant reconciliation moments (not one but a few) building up a solid relationship in the good old days. (Of course the entire crew and the showman were different then. ) Now with kabir the actor, these kind of high emotional drama are uncalled-for as he is a complete misfit in those scenes. Hope the sensational danny gets a meatier role than kabir in the forthcoming tracks. Unless the current creative team is changed we have nothing to root-for in this show despite the new-location, new-setup propaganda.

But earlier, we used to have longer scenes based on some incident. Like a at a scene, many dining table scenes etc. Now, everything is just a scene passing by. Doesn't stay long.

Liked Danny n kusum scene. Jen n gr yun hi off screen bad bad karte hain. On screen tho kuch nahin hota. Badbad bhi nahin.

Saras and Kumud... Une Kaun samjayega? They are hopeless! As for lack of SR... I thought they pre emoted their marriage vows the first time? That SR was so long ago that any offspring from that encounter will be going to school by now! But Kumud and Saras was saved the unwed parents drama! I agree with you both re: the chemistry or the scarcity of it in S and K.
After experiencing Arnav and Khushi, they have become the gold standard of romance and chemistry for me and no one has come close to it for me. Not yet!

S and K are good but not a match in terms of chemistry.
In my view Gautam tries too hard and Jennifer holds back... or are the characters meant to be that way? I any case, the sexual tension , the awareness and longing for each other that makes up the chemistry is missing in S and K. They are just a good looking couple in love who try to romance every now and then...

Seems like with so little chemistry ,the physics is missing too!
