U talking about the actors or characters? Character wise Ghuman is best dressed. I mostly don't like Kumud's sarees, but still she manages to look good.
If you are talking about actor...then it is definitely Jenny. She is just something else. I have seen her without make up and she looks fab, haven't seen the other two without makeup...they are always in pancake. Moreover Jenny has a great bod, with innocent face, her personality n acting, takes her to an unreachable level.
