Yeah but yaar Arshi it's so out of character. saras wudnt do such antics just as we has said with Kartar singh n to be honest I found that awkward to watch, found the woman get up awkward and no doubt will find this awkward

I was all up for this track and felt that they touching on good social message here but now feels like a shambles.

It's not out of character. This sheikh one. As he will be advised to do so by majnu. And this is with a purpose. The earlier ones were just for nothing. No justification. I believe it's all about treatment. And staying within the context.

I don't think cvs intended to use this track to highlight and sensitize people about the issue of human trafficking.

The treatment has just been standard fare, pretty much TRP gathering stuff, the weeping bechari, helplessly trapped, and unable to do anything, till her pati parmeshwar comes to her rescue

Sunanda is a clichd stereotype and so are the others. Jugnu the pimp is in love with her because she is a good woman, so pandering to another stereotype about good and bad

While this profession is not a good place to be in, the women here are as good or bad as anywhere else and are in this profession due to circumstances and not because they are worse than you or me. They are also courageous and have to learned to survive and deal with situations that are extremely ugly and beyond our cushy worlds

But the treatment by cvs doesn't highlight any of that, it's just the same formula,

Kumud's tears + Saras to her rescue = TRP

This is just a setting to bring on this formula again!

Waise the only message is once again, a woman needs a man and the must not stray far from the sanctity of her married life or else, she is doomed !
