Thank you for this magical post, which made us relive the beauty of the initial Saraswatichandra. This scene cannot be analysed, it can only be felt.

Arshi, two posts in a day and I nearly missed this one. Magical words for magical episodes.

Beautiful.

Those days are long gone and I doubt that magic will be back. But thanks for giving us an opportunity to relive it with your post.

@ bold - perfectly said, Kiran ji. It was all about the ehsaas. The ehsaas had a persona of its own and we were all captivated by it

SLB had cast his magic spell, and it had us mesmerized through the TV screens

Yes, Nandy those days are gone for good, it has been a steady erosion and I feel now it's only downhill. Time to give up and say goodbye I suspect

But the magic that was is still potent, and I guess anniversary is a good time to recall the memories.

Anyway, Santhi has the list of scenes ready, I am only stealing from that list one by one!

She carried a mask right from this day. That she was doing it for dad, family etc. But inside she was doing it for herself. But would never admit that to even herself. Very egoistic. But very real.
Saras - the brahmachari wanting to become sanyasi. Wanting to skip gruhasthashram. Ek tele-conference ne uski brahmacharya ko bhang kar diya. So sweet. Bhaagta chala aaya.
Saras just followed his instincts in doing so. Even when in RN he was just himself. Straight as an arrow.

Before this conference there was a beautiful scene in the truck. With badi kaki n chandrika kaki asking for sarees n all. Cute and typical of rural families. And VC's excitement was so touching.

Saw you there up!😆
Copying message written there...😊

Saras- Arshi Global! 'LOTUS' congrets!
Years passed! What a year it was? Kudos to all. SLB take a bow. Never knew HE would turn up a disliked classic into such an 'affective' treasure- personally.
Thanks IF too. For providing such a wonderful platform that afforded all engrossing chats. Remembering a few of them- besides you and all, Vaishali, Ivy, Hgg, Srushti...thank you all.

Arshi, What a treat from you and Shanti... 👏 Gives us something to look forward to, in this season of discontent...😊

Love that scene, and that untranslatable ring of it.."Hai himmat?"

The poor soul, (we chuckle) he has no idea what he's getting into... when he goes haring off to RN... Never did understand why he took two large suitcases along though... Maybe he did have some clues about staying put fr a long time...😆

happy ji thanks. each of us can take turns in introducing a scene each day from that list(or add their own). If today's is scene 1, the next post can be named scene 2 + title of the post. Hope u will pitch in when time permits.

Those were the days Arshi ji when we could feel the intensity of SC even though samud were unknown by face to each other.
And now are the days Samud are married and are becoming unknown to us as treated by the CVs!!
Aha the handsome face of saras in front of the computer what a delight it was and the beautiful simple kumud approaching with kamarbandh singing on her waist. Kya scene tha wo bhi
