Kumud asks Saras not to hide his pain, it will hurt him more. She says that LN will be fine. She holds his hands. The tattoo man is looking at them from far. Everyone is worried and waiting for LN to regain conscious. The doctor informs them that LN is out of danger now and may gain conscious anytime. He cannot bear any stress and he is being shifted to ICU. The tattoo man overhears and seem to be mad. Danny is happy and thanks the doctor. Saras seems relieved. The tattoo man leaves.
Everyone is in the waiting room and they are restless. The nurse walks in the room and informs them that LN gained conscious and she is going to call the doctor. Danny thanks God for saving his dad. The doctor informs Saras that the police wants to investigate about this case. Saras leaves with Danny. The tattoo man, dressed as a doctor walks beside them slowly. He drops some trays so that it captures their attention and he can walk in the room without anyone sees him. LN is calling Saras as he hears someone walking. The tattoo man, angry, removes his mask and tells LN that he won't let him die so easily. He covers his mouth so that he doesn't shout and injects a needle in his belly. The police is walking towards that room together with Saras and Danny. The tattoo man tells LN that he needs to go on a long vacation as he has played so much with people's life.
The police asks the doctor if he can meet the patient if he gained consciousness. The tattoo man is still in the room and tells LN that he doesn't need to be scared as he will not kill him to death. The doctor walks towards the ICU and tells the police that he needs to check the patient's condition first before letting him in. The tattoo man hears foot steps and leaves immediately. When the doctor comes, he notices that the window is open and asks the nurse how can she be so careless. She closes the window quickly. Everyone is waiting for the doctor outside. He informs that they need to wait for the patient to regain consciousness again. Danny is broken. Kumud consoles him saying that LN will be fine. The tattoo man keeps an eye on them.
Vidya asks the police if he came across anything concerning LN's accident. Danny says what kind of fearful man is he..he left dad in this condition. The tattoo man comes and tells him there he is.. do whatever he wants. Saras is surprised seeing him. Danny asks Saras how come he knows him. Saras explains that it was him who gave him a lift on the engagement day. The tattoo man says that his dad's car met with an accident with his car. Everyone is shocked. Vidya gets angry and says how shameless are you.. Dugba says do you even know that it's not a game it's between life and death. Everyone is mad at him. Before he could explain anything, Danny punches him in the face. Everyone tries to stop him. The doctor tells them that they should be thankful to him as it's him who brought the patient on time to the hospital. Vidya asks him if it's really him who brought LN to the hospital. He nods yes and asks sorry. The police asks him what's his name. He names himself Kabir and he leaves with the police for inquiry. He says that he wish that LN recovers soon.
The doctor informs that the patient is under observation and he may gain conscious during the night. Their team is doing their best. Everyone is sad with mixed emotions. Yash asks Vidya to take Guniyal at home but he refuses as he won't be in peace at home if his friend is suffering at the hospital. Everyone takes a nap while Saras is awaken and worried. He looks at the ICU. Vidya sees him and tries to console him saying everything will be fine. The doctor walks in and informs that LN has gone in come unfortunately. Kumud asks how. He says that he got hurt o n his head, thus anything can happen. He says that he can't assure how many days will he take and asks them to keep hope but the only thing they could do was to keep him stable. The tattoo man looks at them from far. Kumud says how can we if you yourself don't know how much days will he take to come out of coma. The doctor assures that they are doing their best. Saras, broken leaves from there. Danny breaks down and everyone consoles him. Vidya asks Kumud where is Saras..She seems shocked.
Precap: Saras looks at the picture he made in childhood and cries😭😭. Kumud tells Saras that LN asks Vidya to give him that picture before leaving and that LN kept his childhood things safely the same way Vidya kept her doll.
