To be fair, saras was himself when he tried to pacify kumud. He has to be a little silly to break her anger. And hers is not real anger. So he behaved like that.

If he cannot be like that in front of kumud, where else can he be. And the change was beautifully show. In the car scene.

And, coming to the bigger issue of changes in his characterization , we have ranted a lot.

But saras's office was shown earlier too. What I can't understand is which town it is? Look at the kitchen decor. Saras is ok in handling all this.but kumud? She is a village girl. Walks with high heels in the house? And the list goes on.

Show has lost a lot of its character due to this modernization.

Yeah agree we do find excuses cos we love Gautam too much!!!

He has his own office and was shown before. When kumud realizes her feelings for him, he was shown talking from this office. He is obviously into construction. See how much money he gave to kusum. Its not all bad.

Hello everyone😃

Not replying posts individually since all of u r all stating one thing loudly n clearly- not excited to see revenge n family drama.

I am afraid that after MODIFYING the story line to please the TRP audience, SC turned a typical show like any single show which primary aim is to survive the cut throat competition keeping in mind that CONSUMERS R KINGor should I say TRP AUDIENCE IS KING

But why don't we dump our negativity n give a chance again to the writers n see what they bake for us. Let's keep our fingers cross that they will bear in mind that there are some ppl who watch to see SaMud love story n how it grows n strengthen against adversities.

Totally agree. That's what I wrote in the 2 earlier posts. Its not all bad. They just need to consistent and tie loose ends.

Just read ur posts Santhi.

When it comes to TV, some minor things r better not handled with logics. We can only laugh about the silliness.

I think it is not going that bad too. It is not easy to please everyone. May b the focus will change a bit n that's ok if it helps to tie the loose ends.

I personally very like LN, I mean CP. He has great screen presence n his interaction with GR is always a treat. So me looking forward to the father n son clashes n reconciliation.

I was never was Gumaan fan so not really interested to see her cheap antics n if she is being joined by kalika even more.

I am hoping that the other brother brings novelty n keeps me hooked.

So in sum I am being positive till further notice.

Yeah but even then it was like where did this office come from...what money is he making? I wish they would show us more on that front...as far as we have been shown, he has been busy in constructing his mum's school so he cant be making money from that...

wish they would've shown how he stood on his own two feet...his struggle to get clients and all...today on what basis is he supporting Kumud on? we have to assume that perhaps he has got some clients he does work for...I don't want my own assumptions and made up stories...I want CVs to lay this path for us.

For arguments sake, we have to also just say that he has taken over VC's business and therefore is a part of that and making money from that..

That to me is not his own...I wish long ago CVs would have shown Saras's struggle to make his own business so that today infront of LN he can say, see I didn't need your name...look at what I have achieved on my own!

me too agree about the loose ends...to be honest, there is only one show I have seen where Logic is in place and that show is at No.1 position in terms of trps. There are very very few loose ends in that show.

Anyway...we have to stay positive and while I don't want bhaiyya cos I don't want anyone to come in between saras and danny..am sure Gautam and Aashish will share a good chemistry on screen!! From what I have heard, he is a good actor...

Dunno if he will have the same impact as what Aanshul did but should be very interesting.

I just hope in all this they don't forget about SAMUD...there's lots of potential here for Kumud to be by Saras through thick and thin and cute moments that follow from it.

Post the shaadi, as our hero mentioned in iv, we have been cut loose from the novel (or any shreds of it that remained intact...😉)

So the state of the show is like a li'l boat on the high seas.

As of now we have no idea which way the wind's gonna blow...

My wish is "they" get their bearings straight and set sail for some sensible destination without changing course every other week, and take care not to run aground on TRP-coast...

Edit - My "secret" wish is that the leads find some better project to showcase their talents, and soon.

And that's because I dont expect "them" to run a tight ship based on recent history. Writing, and even editing quality has been so erratic that we fear for the safety of ship and crew...😉 Both are areas of expertise that you dont notice until they are superlatively bad...🤢 Says it all.

p.s. Me not Miss Sunshine... 😳

I never liked guman either. Not a well written character. Just that the char has some class. I get scary visuals in my mind of her poor dancing and her OTT acting.
