I have a different take altogether. I loved the episode. Found it very very romantic. Suhagraat or no suhagraat.
There was anctipation and that excitement in them. There was that jhijhak.
I loved the scenes after danny-kusum left. When Saras talks about his plan B. I loved the scene where they go round the curtains. And the role play too. It was innocent. And they have lot of nervousness and are taking time. Which I found was natural. And to overcome that they did this role-play. At least they were themselves na. Not someone else.
I found each of Saras's advances, dialogues, Kumud's shyness and her smiles - everything to be very romantic. There is this subtlety in their romance just like them. And it kind of grows on you. Not the obvious and in-your-face type. And there is lot of hesitation.
Loved the episode. And precap was even better. Both did great with their expressions. Dono apne apne jagah mein hain. Apni apni sapnon mein khoye hain ab tak. They are taking their time.
The kind of romance I like.

And they decide to role play?
The awkwardness could have been shown
The hesitation, the sensual awareness
Whispered shy words, some promises,
Some shared dreams ?
But yeh kartar Singh ka bhoot !!!
