Here's my top ten favorite things in the episode, hope you enjoy them and have a great weekend!!
1. Kusum admitting that she was selfish and unfair when she asked Kumud for Saras, and the truly sad expression on her face when she said it.
2. Kumud throws the challenge of proving his love on Sankranti to Saras and him accepting it.
3. Kumud telling Kusum to stop with her profuse self-blame or she would get angry. Shows that Kumud has never changed from the ideal person she is.
4. Kusum going to Danny and telling him how she appreciates his love and the emotional expression on his face when she says this.
5. The beautiful way Danny held both of her hands in his and looked at her. (Would never have happened if Kumud had let Danny board the plane for Dubai and he would have walked off with a broken heart.)
6. Danny and Kusum hug, so sweet and long overdue. Here is where we see the loving gestures and words Danny has always given his wife unconditionally bear fruit and have some relief from what it was doing to him when he was taken for granted.
7. Kusum putting Kumud's hands in Saras and telling Saras to propose to her sister. A big change from the once self-centered girl who wanted Kumud to go back to Pramad and give that marriage another go only so she could have Saras to herself.
8. Expression on Saras' face when he stood in front of the princess and asked, "Mujhse shaadi karogi?" It was such a cute scene.
8.5. Background music of "O Re Piya" playing sweetly when Saras is proposing to his girl.
9. The way the whole family said that his proposal was not acceptable because there were no flowers, chocolates, and he was on his feet. HAHA.
9.5. When Kusum goes to unite Saras and Kumud and Danny goes to be by her side. See, he can't bear to be away from her.
10. Saras telling her they could never forget their love in the precap. Neither can we for that matter. It is a long awaited precap in the wake of a fake marriage to Pramad and multiple suicide attempts by Kusum as well as Kumud's own self-sacrificing nature.
Star of the episode: Obviously Saras and Danny. Saras for proposing to Kumud not once but twice and being a good sport when she doesn't jump at it. Danny for accepting Kusum's apology so gracefully.
Can't wait for the great romantic scenes to come. And the return of the show's magic. Like when Saras wishes Kumud on her birthday and their kite racing scenes. Glad Kumud didn't accept the proposals because Kumari still is absent and needs to be in the frame for this to be complete. She never wished anything but good things for them. ❤️
