I wish I could say the same about the CV's.

True.. aise thodi hota hai divorce.. this could be the case if one of them hasn't sign the papers but after both the signature, its pretty open and shut! Right?

Honestly, I've completely given up on sense now! The show is full of nonsense stuff.. I just watch it to see Saras and Kumud!

Shameful.

No lawyer. Remember there was mention of lawyer few weeks back when Kumud met saras. Today just three of them. And judge's questioning - unparalleled.

End result - they ridicule Indian judicial system in a TV show.

And most importantly show on TV 1001 ways of how justice can be denied to a girl by husband and now law too.

After kumud emphatically tells the torture she underwent, do pramad's words carry any weight.

And that idiot wants to atone by shacking kumud and judge is ok with it.

Arshi - pls change the title to CB like shrija said. Kya Pata cvs might read this.

Finally hats off to CVS. Only u could write this dream court case and novel.idea of letting a culprit loose. I mean, he was jailed for a murder attempt few days back. If he is sick he needs to be still under police supervision. How cld he walk to haveli with gifts?

SO they didnt downplay the abuse? His extra marital affair was not an issue at all?

I am curious, if one wants a divorce and the other backs out after signing the papers can the judge refuse to give the divorce? I mean in the real world... Srija, Ivy... any other budding lawyers here?

Another question - Desais are still unaware of Pramad's affair with Kalika?

EMA can be a clincher. Court has to rule in Kumud's favor. But kumud never raised it. Maybe because it affects kalika too. Anyways why are we trying to find logic.

If they wanted to separate the lovers, they cld make pramad die instead of this unfair court case.
