Lets make an other twist, the cardiologist is an handsome guy who fall in love with kumari. I mean no faking pure love. I mean why evry guy should fall for kumud or kusum. Kumari deserve someone nice too after all she loves her sisiters a lot and respect their love life what say?

It is indeed good idea but problem is here and that is,he is 29 years old and Kumari is 17 or 16 , He looks like prince . If CVs want to go long with this cardiologist then here is the hint to fall for kumud, He looks like prince as kumud already has her Prince so CVs will bring another one to put some masala in story,nothing else . As for kumari dont know what cvs kept for her .
