So, dikra once again takes a kasam to stay away from Kumud

Something he does time and again

Each time, its his unresolved feelings with his mothers suicide that surface and he panics.

The trauma of seeing his mother walk to her death while he stood there and watched her,

is something that will always haunt him

It has also left him feeling that anyone he loves will come to harm

An indifferent father, a cruel stepmother

Did nothing to reassure him

Twists of fate have often give him reasons to cling to this belief

So much so that this fear itself has become self fulfilling

Now with this accident

He was again faced with the same fear

He was desperate

And he made that promise

And Kumud survived

Had she come to a moment sooner

Or had he just kept a little more faith in himself

This kasam would not have been taken

I don't think cvs are propagating superstition

I think they are showing his insecurities and fears

Damaging the relationship once again

He needs to believe in himself and their love

A little more.

Faced with death, he becomes a little child all over again

Afraid and lost and prone to actions and decisions that are hasty and rash.

Time and again, he has pushed her away

But in each case the reason has been the same

His insecurity. His feeling that he does not deserve to be loved.

That he is a man cursed to cause pain and suffering in those he loves.

Last night was repeat of the same.

Fear of losing dearest. Guilt of him being a cause. Blaming their effort to come together. All this results in despair.

Very nicely said Arshi. I watched the section of the episode, after the Kalika sauda. Gautam was awesome. What range of emotions starting from his talking to Kumud, till his last talk with Ganpati. !!

And this behaviour , as you so beautifully put it, is in sync with the Saras we know ! .

Its just that we have seen them go through so much trauma again and again,. we just want to see them happy together atleast for some time. !!

Well said Arshi. It was all about his fear.

His fear and her sense of duty - the two big pyaar ke dushmans in their case Santhi.

Sudha, this is a dastaan that will remain adhoori till the end. Their journey of love is what this story is all about.

And if you see each time they survive a crisis, only something much bigger tears them apart

So it's all about a relationship that is growing above the small misunderstandings and problems and conquering all.

Which promise CVS will fulfill now?

Few days ago saras promised to Dugba that he wont leave Kumud and will be forever with her, wont let her go this time at any cost.

Now another promise to god that he will leave kumud forever.

Now which promise he( CVs )going to fulfill?

A person start to believe superstition who is graduated from Harvard and also Harvard topper. They could show fear but directly they are showing superstition. CVs are mad for TRP but How much!?

Ya, dikra is very easy with his vadas and kasams. All heart in matters of love, I think he keeps his Harvard dimaag at bay when it comes to Kumud and operates on purely an emotional plane.😊

Well, as far as superstition goes, I think Harvard or no Harvard, this has to do more with his inability to face his fears.

The man just caves in when it comes to death.

Since the beginning I have felt that though Saraswati has been shown as a very revered person, she has caused far more damage to her son by taking the suicide route, that too in front of his eyes, than Guman with all her sly games.

As for which kasam will he fulfill - the last one, till the next one comes along
