I don't think that's necessary that it matches your parents but I am not 100% sure

its possible for the child to not have the same blood group as parents..but with so many blood relatives in their family its a bit starnge tht none of them matched :-).but its possible.

Its possible if her dad is A or B neg and mom is A or B neg then, she can be O neg...

its possible to have a different blood group than your parents. My issue with the 'logic' with this accident is...It was a relatively small accident...it shouldn't have pushed her into "mouth of death" as they like to put it...I think I was more peeved when they were all "She's only living on the life support machine." But...Um..hello...You removed the oxygen mask before you put her on the machine...how is she supposed to breathe!?!?!

I've learnt to stop expecting scientific/biologic logic when it comes to accidents and TV soaps...lol

it is actually possible to not have the same blood type as the parents but it usually matches the father but there are chances where it doesn't matches neither. but the thing is it SHOULD match some other relative or member of the family sometimes even a cousin or sister. idk genetics is a weird thing and can't always fully predict what will happen

Children can surely have different blood groups than their parents...and the negative in "O negative" signifies the absence of something called the Rh factor...
