Dear all,

Firstly, thank u for being such SC loyalists whether in praise or in criticism. Team appreciates both immensely.

Secondly, no kumud won't lose her memory... :)))

Thirdly, no we can't make sc kumud meet... We're doing it for the sake of fans such as you all. We want to bring home this show to you all for as long as possible.

Fourthly no plans of an sc kusum marriage as of now.

We're keyed into all reactions... Every day. However we do believe in the Talent of the core broadcasting team who aggressively fathers all kinds of data before deciding on a story.

Finally, crispy bytes:- extremely innovative... The creative team awaits this post every day.

Keep the faith!

Team SC

Dear Creatives Team,

Thank you for this post. If it is a sincere intention on your part to initiate interactive dialogue, then this gesture is very much appreciated and applauded.

However, please don't attempt to pass the buck to us viewers here. We too hope and wish every sort of longevity for SC, but if the CV's have indeed been keeping a finger on CB's pulse, they would be well aware of the CBians credo by now: quality over quantity. We would opt for a dignified end, over prolonged typical TVT torture anyday. So please don't feel you have to work with a tasteless chewing gum of a narrative/master track by its used-by-date on our account. We would respect you more if you dared to make a statement rather than bow your heads down in front of the prevailing grammar.

kususm crossd limits...but hopefully danny will help her get back to her limits again...watever i dnt care if she turns negative or not...
but yes...I DONT KNOW Y CVS CANT GIV US CHAAR PAL KI NAZDEEKI SOMETIMES B4 GIVING 100 PAL KI DOORI...

@ CORNIA_ARTI
I agree with you, why can't CVs give us few sweet moments of SaMud ? Do pal ki khushiyan inke naseeb mein hai he nahi kya ? Now whenever Saras-Kumud are happy and coming close , I fear that something bad will happen in next episode .
Gautam's performance was powerful in yesterday's episode . He is doing two shows simultaneously , working non-stop and still could give brilliant performance, specially emotional scenes which are physically exhausting . Bravo Gautam !

Last scene when Saras is looking at Kumud through OT window and a tear falls down on his face was heart breaking . Dukhba- Saras scenes were good .

Ivy, if I may take this further, they are missing a grand opportunity to grow a different kind of TV audience for an Indian show. Many of us who watch SC dont follow another Indian show at all, or if we do, not with half the enthusiasm we had/have for this one.

In the beginning, it was different for various reasons, the SLB cast, SLB aesthetics, including an outstanding set, an impeccable literary source, Great writing on a daily basis, and the direction.

By changing the mix for gaining TVT's, SP/PH have reduced it to run-of-the-mill. And lost/tortured a great share of the original viewers. If SP had not given in to short-term-ism, and promoted it more consistently it would probably have paved the way for growing a whole new audience because people do appreciate quality. It may even have been a fore-runner for other literary adaptations on a limited-episode basis, not as long-running soap-sagas with the sort of twists and turns we are facing now.

There was a stage in his career when he did the "Mujhe Kanhaiya kaha karo" type routine as well... I respect him all the more for what he has gone through to get where he is now.

Was simply expressing an opinion as a GR "admirer" that he has evolved so much as n actor that the NB role is really below his stature now, even if it appeals to him personally. 😊 He calls it a stress-buster, well what can I say! Hope he gets better quality stress-busters... I want to see him get really great acting roles...😃

Happy, Sorry, sorry ! - wrong line highlighted -me too wasnt talking about his six packs, I was referring to his performances, which are beyond exemplary! And wishing he got more of those. ! He has the talent !Sure hope it will get tapped for bigger and better roles, in the years to come ! 😊

Perfectly elaborated and encapsulated, Happy Dost! This being an 'SLB production' and everything that stood for, plus the adaptation of a great work of literature meant that a different and more discerning, literature-oriented 'elite' viewership had already been snared. If only the creatives team could have had the drive and determination to cultivate that viewership, the payoff would have been momentous in terms of pure creative & literary appreciation. It is one thing to join an already established canon, but it is quite another to be the one to have first established that canon. SC had that honor within excruciating close reach.

If I had powers I would make Gautam Rode the Super Star of Bollywood - he deserves it .

Cinid,

The conversation above is pretty much what all SC fans feel.

So this feedback is what we all at CB and and elsewhere too in the forum have been constantly giving.

Hope to see some acknowledgement of this in the tracks to come.

The above conversation is a great precis, if this person's indeed a CV rep and not a jobless prankster, I hope this reaches the right people IN time before they start trivializing the story line for the umpteenth time.
Aside:
Today's episode was great! Although I don't get 'affected' much by these crying scenes esp the ones in ER, I'd like to say that GR is one of a kind. Somebody said there are two kinds of batsmen in the world: Sachin Tendulkar and all the rest. If I were to adapt it for actors, it goes thus:
There two kinds of actors: Gautam Rode and all the rest.

What is the use of all this trust and love between them if they are again going for a seperation. We are not seeing a story of saints, we are seeing two human souls who love each other deeply, whose bond is so strong that nothing can break it. And since both have again acknowledged their love we want to see that bond, not another sacrificial separation.

Kaadal...after reading the spoilers...forget going round the mulberry bush we are being treated like the wheels on the bus going round n round! Audience are the wheels! Daily we are being driven round the same route n driver Kaun...CVs! Hadd hai yaar! I am so annoyed reading the spoilers...talk abt taking not two steps but 2000 steps back!
