Star plus no longer airing English subtitles?

This is the second day in a row where I have not been able to watch my serials with English subtitles. I called Dishworld and they said they cannot do anything because it's coming from the tv station. Does anyone know what I can do about this? I already paid to watch these shows with subtitles.

I wrote to star plus via email, and doubt I will get a response. I'm in the U.S.A. so, I'm not sure how I could phone them.

Hmm i have dish too and i am from America as well. Today only we got Star plus HD but without the English subtitles. But then there was another Star plus channel which did t have HD but it still had the subtitles. You might want to check and see in the guide if they have the normal Star channel without subtitles :) hope that helped

I'm from US and have indian channels from DishNetwork, only ZeeTv is transmitted in HD and StarPlus is standard definition. Are you sure there is StarPlus HD channel in US? Which Satellite/Cable provider do you use? (I would love to subscribe to HD channels that's why I'm curious)

I have Dish network too, all english subtitles were there in todays episode too.

I'm watching star plus on the DishWorld application that's on the Roku box. I get only one Star plus channel, and it's not HD.

I also get some other stations which was showing subtitles with no problem, so I don't know what is going on with Star plus.

Maybe it is time for me to learn some Hindi? 😆 I know a little basic, but not enough to understand the whole program.

I m frm south asia but in my country there is english subtitle is showing on screen yet.
