@Poppy I wouldn't term it bashing... It's this see-saw the Creatives have the characters on... Somedays they get bouquets and somedays brickbats 😆

I honestly believe that last nights episode did the worst damage to her character thus far... I can excuse the dah sanskar to some extent (it was done in the service of TRP's which as fate would have it have been suspended for a month!)... Kumud was stone yesterday. A corpse but she still held on to her ego. We know she is going to pay for it later, but right now, it just seemed too much. So much hatred. Family izzat. She accused him of infidelity too (oh, the irony)... That facade, the transformation felt too complete too soon. And did not have the ring of believability to it. That is why I was dissasociated with Kumud yesterday and instead, Saras, in whatever little screenspace he got completely took my heart. He is gonna rip it into bloody pieces tonight if Devdas scene gets re-enacted, I so know it!

I don't get Kumud's family at all... Dugba, she is a letdown thus far and realistically, how long can we say that the Desai's are still operating under shock? Guniyal... She has become the female Ghajini regarding PMS and unfortunately there are not even any flashbacks of that night that one can throw upon Kumud and her moms faces. Wondering here if a genda phool is going to do the trick 😛 But all that is going to change pretty quickly when they see Saras... I think the entire family is going to grieve then, not to mention rage and take everything out on him. Let's see how long Kumud keeps her composure in front of Saras too...
