It seems that the extra security on the sets of Saraswatichandra just wasn't enough. Just a few weeks after all of the UB shirts were pinched from the wardrobe room, now the cell phone of Gautam Rode is missing. Police suspect the same person who took the shirts has now gone after his mobile. An internal investigation has started, and noone is allowed to go on or off the set without special permission.
We contacted Mr. Rode for a statement, and he said: "Well I hope whoever took the phone returns it because I had a lot of pictures stored in it as well as all of my costars phone numbers. Otherwise I will have to buy a new one, and this one I got only two months back as a birthday gift!"
Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was not available for comment.
Don't worry Gautam, maybe the chor will read this and you'll have your phone back soon.
