whenever the ship is sinking for whatever reason its the captain of the ship that is the commander in chief, he is the ultimate to whom everyone can go when crisis happens..the scenario of this show and forum is reminding me of the sinking titanic where everyone is panicking, nothing is making sense..its the time of crisis..the captain of the ship is required to fix the damage...

the very first damage i am experiencing is that the show is loosing its charm, before the pms i used to watch every episode at least 10 times before going to bed, the story revolved around the lead, soft romantic scenes were incorporated which gave a feeling of fulfillment, the direction and cinematography was fab, except for few logic ki waat scenes, all in all it was sweet..

the second damage happened when there was this big talk about the scene and nothing happened, the x y z interviews stole the charm of this beautiful jori of samud..

the third damage and i believe the last article we had is like a last nail in the coffin of this sinking ship, this was coming, it was evident from interviews and off screen chemistry..

now what is the solution to all these damages that have already taken place..is replacement of the main lead a solution..maybe..could be..what else?

whenever at work we have some issues we start at the lowest level to fix it, if it doesn't work then we go to plan b and so forth..here would be my suggestion to slb..

i think he should talk one on one with jennifer and try to fix the current problem if she still disagrees to cooperate then the last thing should be replacement..i think anybody should be given one chance, in this case it was slb who came to jenny and agreed on her terms and conditions that is why all these problems..

and if still nothing works then i think slb should start looking for a new face who has talent, looks, and most importantly she should be professional and cooperative..i think mala salayria from teri meri love stories who shared outstanding chemistry with gautam would be a good choice, she is actor par excellence and also holds high regards for gautam..

for me showing soft romantic sequences in a love story is very important, they do not have to be intimate all the time, but in order to incorporate variety the intimacy needs to be shown..if no intimacy is shown it will become more like a typical saas bahu type show and not a love epic..

not showing romantic scenes at all is like taking the very foundation of the show away and then waiting for the building to collapse..i wouldn't be surprised if the current situation continues that day is not far when slb's magnum opus dream project will sink like titanic and will also take away our two lovable characters with it...

pl share ur views if u feel like, i apologize in advance if i have hurt anyone's feeling..for me its no less than a doomsday😕

i totally agree with you!!!!!
but bothers me is why did jenny sign up for a love story...i mean a lot of romance is required for that...and we are barely getting that...we are getting a very random kumari track which really makes no sense to me

i agree, and that is why we r loosing viewers and many forum members have also left after the disastrous pms scene..if jennifer is not comfortable she does not have to stick around, she can discuss the option of opting out with slb, if i was the employer and i was not getting what i expected from my employee i would not think twice to replace that employee with more competent one!

agree, but slb wanted to sign her and agreed to her terms and conditions, because of which these throwing of tantrums is happening!

same here, the only saving grace is gautam..i seriously want that he should start thinking of some other options..if this continues this show will not last long..and how long a perfectionist like gautam can tolerate all this, after all he is also a human!

Well let me just begin with saying that you hurt me immensely.. since your posts on the same topic, agreed today you came up with some horrendous suggestions too, have become annoyingly repetitive.
Lately the forum has been cluttered with such rubbish articles, complain topics, saying the same thing and it completely ruins the atmosphere.. I have nothing against criticism but what is happening in this forum lately is not criticism.. its negativity and that is something I am dead against because it spreads like virus and consumes everything.. all positivity and happiness that used to be there in the forum, that I proudly felt a part of.. not any more.. I am tired of trying to infuse positivity in the members who are hell bent on seeing the glass half empty..

Moving from my own frustation over your frustation topic, some facts I would like to point out..

1. How many episodes have there been post the PMS scene? 6? 7? 8? In such a short span of time, opinions changed? suddenly all the feel gone? after all that swooning and raving over the hand kiss, waist touch, back touch and what not? If the actress was so unwilling and if SLB was a puppet in her hands, then why even have PMS in the script? All Jen had to do was ask not to have it and SLB should have agreed..

2. Is there a possibility that the script writing wasn't up to the mark (as per our standards and wishes) in last couple of weeks? why jump the gun and start blaming one person for sinking of the titanic? If a scene works, Gautam ''stole the thunder''.. If a scene doesn't work , Jenny ''sank the ship''?? why?! Let me make it clear that I am a huge Gautam Rode fan..even before I started watching SC.. followed all his work, all interviews articles till date..so no I am not biased..I just feel Jennifer is being treated extremely unfair..

If I had to give suggestions, I would say :

1. Tighten the script
2. Tighten the script
3. Tighten the script

All the actors on board are very capable and professional.. they can deliver and make things work beautifully like they have till recent past (pre PMS) ..

Lastly, since its a public forum and everyone is entitled to their opinion, I can only request you to make these posts/ suggestions in the frustation thread if there still is any. I am very content with the entire cast of the show..wish Yatin Karyekar was still there..but now that he is gone, I vouch for each and every member of the cast of this show, from the guy playing Kumari's lover to Jennifer Winget as Kumud..and I want them to stay till the end of the show.

My apologies if I hurt your feelings.

yes, u have hurt my feelings, if u don't like my post u don't have to comment..u stick to ur opinion i will stick to mine! for me casting a married woman in the show whose genre is romance and love is a big mistake! i knew this was all coming, and now its evident..why my posts r repetitive because all this nonsense has been happening since day one..and this post is how and what can be done to repair the damage..in my opinion if the lead is not cooperative then there is no point of working together! in fact i would suggest gautam to opt out if it doesn't work for him..he does not have to deal with this bull crap..he is competent enough to get better work somewhere else! and i don't think i used any rude words or comments but ur response is definitely rude! i do agree on one thing that the script writing needs to improve as well along with chemistry!

Guys, guys, guys! I see the positivity I've been trying to infuse here isn't working... 😒

Allow me to copy+paste something I wrote on the article itself... it's important I think, for me to get this message across because a mountain is being made out of a molehill here...

We've seen professionalism between Gautam and Jennifer for more than a few months now... If this is indeed an internal issue, I am sure it will get resolved in one way or another. Based on what I've seen of Gautam Rode and Jennifer Singh Grover, they uphold professionalism above all else, so I am assuming that, if this is an issue at all, it will get solved eventually.

However, I'm not very concerned because we have no legitimate basis of whether or not any content of this article has validity.. in fact, I don't really even see an author or a source. So, let us all continue to do what we do best, which is support the show no matter what. 😳

I think it's important for us to remember philosophy 101... "how do we know what we know?" there is clearly no author, no credible source for the article... so we shouldn't be assuming anything anyway. On Arshi's CB I also wrote, there could be many reasons for why SaMud scenes were shot individually... We should wait it out guys. It's not about the actors, it's about the script... and if it is about the actors, then internally mamalaa solve ho jayega eventually. Mr. SLB is a no-nonsense type of guy, and Jennifer Singh Grover said it herself during JenAm's first interview together at the launch. Until then, chill karo, masti karo, relax.. yeh forum doston ka place hai guys... humein Saas/Bahu ki tarah fighting nahin karni chahiye.

My reasoning for saying all this, guys, is that we're here for SaMud, we're here to enjoy the show. We're here for the romance, for the journey of love, and to grow along with the main characters. When everything is going beautifully in the show, we all rejoice and get along... we turn into this big SaMud family. But when things are on the rocks (like they seem to be now) where is this family sense we used to have? Families get tighter after facing obstacles. We must "ride this wave" rather than "look at the thunder" and "the sinking ship." After all, we're all here for one thing only: the show, Saraswatichandra! So chilll maaro guys! 😳

If I have hurt anyone, again, no chappals please! I sincerely apologize. Thank you for all your views, but I think it's our responsibility as members of this forum to keep the peace. That's why, I think, we should think of everyone's best interests rather than our own. 😊
