I don't think that scene has been shot yet.. they have been given a brief description of the scene as of now as per the tellytalk interview.. I think its because of Guman framing her for theft and probably evidences were against her and she couldn't prove her innocence..

I think it might have been that she gets carried away in the moment and then regret it. The bitter cry was too much to be from Guman's accusation that she's a jewelry thief. It must have been from her transgression, if you will. Nandini went through this in the movie where she says to be mom that Samir touched her soul and in that situation nothing had happened. It is normal for a traditional girl to feel torn and feel very guilty for an act of love.

There is an article on VC & LN happy and excited abt alliance of SuMud.

Kumud loves Saras's proposal for her hand..She is happy and goes to thank him..They both get carried away and get Intimate 😉 Not sure what they mean by that...Guman witnesses SuMud getting intimate...Not sure how that is possible either 😉😆 Guman keeps it to herself..

So I think out of guilt of doing something SuMud should not have, Kumud is telling Guniyal to beat her as she cant believe she did something so bad...

We have to wait and see what intimate and guman witnessing means 😆

I could not understand the precap this morning but after reading the article kind of makes sense..😳
