Some useful tips before you complain to SP!

Hola,

OK before we get started, let me enlighten you about how to write a perfect mail to SP, especially a complain mail!

If you are new to watch TV, or do not know anything about how to write, or are watching a SP show for the first time, and want to request SP to promote SP at a high level, then here are some USEFUL tips!😊

-😊First and foremost, give them a little idea of what you want. Don't just specify that "we want a promo for Saraswatichandra" and finished. No!! Write that "we want a promo for the xyz upcoming track". That would give them a clear cut idea of what you want!

-😊Do not use a short cut method. Specify each and every problem. And, use examples or comparisons. Like, "you are airing promos for xyz show so many times, then why not for Saraswatichandra?"

-😊Do not become abusive. Even if it is an auto-generated (electronic) reply, the messages, if necessary, are passed to higher authorities. And, if they see such mails, they can get a bad impression on SC fans. Do you want that?

-😊Do not blame PH or SLB productions in the mail. You guys need to know that promos are in the hands of channel. If and when they want, then they command the PHs to create a promo for so and so track in so and so manner. Degrading our own show's PH will definitely leave SLB with bad remarks, and this is not his fault as well.

-😊Praise SP, show them that you trust them a lot and love them a lot and SP is your life(even if it's not😆) and thank them for giving such a serial!

Here is a short sample mail written by my friend. Just refer to the main contents! [Read the blue parts specifically]

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am an ardent fan of your show Saraswatichandra and I have some complaints regarding promotion and PR of this show. (Start slowly and politely)

Saraswatichandra has a lot of scope to become big in India, which it is already in terms of popularity but not in terms of TRPs.

We are unaware of this system but we know that Saraswatichandra has done an excellent job overseas.

Since Star Network has stopped airing adveritsements and has a lot of scope to show promos, then why don't you show Saraswatichandra's promos, when you show Diya Aur Bati Hum, India's Dancing Superstar and Ek Ghar Banaunga's promos?(Comparison)

Currently as I have read, there is an interesting track where Saras would leave for Dubai and Kumud has a confession for him.(An idea of what the promo can be about) In such an interesting and exciting track, you can show a promo, can't you? This would definitely help SC and will be eye catching for viewers as well.

I hope you really consider our demands and requests as Star Plus is the biggest GEC in India and listens to its viewers. We are really lucky to watch SC on a channel like Star Plus(A little buttering😆)
