Who watched 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' due to 'Saraswatichandra'?

I used to watch it all the time as a kid... I can confidently say I've watched it more than 8 times 😆

hoping that's not gonna happen here...hero not getting the girl is all very good for a film...

but in a serial based format highly dependent on trp, would the makers take such a risk?...

most fans would probably stop watching if it happened (I would)...it would be too much to take, specially since the emotional attachment is way too high for a tv serial supporter who connects with the characters every day...and the serial becomes popular (and high trps) becoz the serial supporter wants the lead to come together...

i guess in this adaption,,they might show lots of problems, but will stop short of the final step of getting the girl married off to someone else...(praying for this)... :-)
