hey for me both are matured & terrific actors...gautam delivers all his emotions at his best be it intense, sadness or anger and for me jenny's acting is subtle and just she'z not over the top in her emotional scenes...and i knw they r gonna blow us away wid their future best performance...

Neither are overacting. This is SLB, his theme is theatrical surrealism. The intense drama is very intentional. The so called overacting is intentional because it is part of that genre. It's a different type of art. Most of Bollywood stays to one art form - the plain and simple. Sanjay actually has a style.

Both actors are rising to the challenge and learning as they go. But literally and figuratively, Gautam is the mature actor. That's why he's the main lead.

With due respect, Sanjay has a very different kind of sensibilities regarding art..quite different from mainstream hindi movies..which sometimes clicks and sometimes goes as bouncer above audience 😳 Theatrical !! but i think both actors are quite mature to play these characetrs..i believe it was a wise decision to cast little old or say actors with great familiarity with camera and Tv...i dont expect any newbie to do this ..just my POv.. But also at the same time both needs to be more comfortable with characters and be at little ease..because sometime few things look lil forced when camera focusses on them long and one can catch it 😳..may be because they have not worked in this genre earlier..Hopefully they will pick up and improve further..they have been better since first week now..😉

It has to be Gautam Rode. Jenny has done many shows like Kasauti, Sangam n DMG n is a known face but Gautam is more mature and he is doing justice as Saraswatichandra (love his acting, expressions and his emotion), also Jenny as Kumud. There are so many known actors in tellywood but why did SLB chose Gautam. He must have seen something in Gautam thats why he is now the male lead. I think Gautam is extremely talented, confident, smart and a mature person...lol fresh, cute and good looking too 😃

I think if we talk about this show only then actingwise Gautam is much more mature than Jenifer till now . I'm sure she'll catch up soon .

My pick iss gautam for sure his screen presence iss perfect I could connect wit saras emotions he made me cry smile angry soo far he was perfect never did ott
jenny was gud tooo
but gautam tops
