A more matured actor, according to you?

I just do not want to put in comparisons here..its a plain simple issue i would share,and also want your thoughts on..

Gautam Rode or Jennifer Winget?..According to you,who is more mature as an actor?..

Mind you,its not just plain simple 'who is better' type of a question!In that case,there would be no answer..after all they play two different characters,two different genders..😆😆..

Its more like, 'who do you feel can grasp emotions of the character faster?..who understands his/her character more?' according to you..!

See..I never actually knew Gautam Rode b4 SC..whereas with Jenni,i've been watching her from DMG days..so its obvious that i do not know GR so well...Even then,i would say that here, for JSG playing Kumud is a lot easier as she's herself closer to the character than Gautam playing Saras...which i do not believe he is very close to in real life..!So,for that i would give him my marks there!..

At the same time..being an over-biased fan of Jenni( 😃 😆😆 )..I would also say that even though this character is close to her,she has played characters which were a perfect stranger to her b4 she accepted them,like the one in her previous show..Also that time,she had played a character,which was previously played by other actresses b4 her..and My God!I don't think every actor here can handle that so well..!

So,adding up..both are quite effiecient it seems..however,sometimes i feel GR tends to over-emote Saras..thats completely my view!!...But,till date..i haven't seen a scene where i can say that for his co-star..for me,as an actor Jennifer is a certain more matured and experienced...

I haven't watched either before this, but gautam is definitely a stronger, more consistent actor.

Jenni is good in most scenes, but sometimes, her expressions don't come through as they could or should. She has definitely gotten better with each episode but I'd say Gautam makes you feel for SC.

Jenny has been here a long time hasn't she?

Gautam does a bit too much and so does Jenny. They are trying a bit too much and it comes off as over acting sometimes

But I think as they are getting into their characters their acting seems to have picked up. And they are a lot more comfortable now than they were before.

It's hard to pick.

They both lack in some areas but are really good in others.

I feel that both of them overact rather often. I have not warmed up to Jennifer at all. There is something off when she does emotional scenes.
But Gautam I find him improving a lot.
Not to offend anyone, just my opinion.

Though, purely as characters, I like Kumud more than Saras. I don't understand Saras yet.

PS: I am seeing both actors for the first time.

me too knew Jenny from kasauti zindgi ki days...

but gautam i saw him first time as SC though i did see him in ads

But then misfortunatly i find Gautam doing better then Jenifer right now...there were many instances where i felt Jenifer did average acting as compared to what she is capable of ...while Gautam excels in most of his scenes though he his doing two shows at a time !!!!

While Jenifer seems a bit lost...i know she will cover up soon and give her best

My pick would be Gautam. Not because I don't like Jen. Nobody other than Jen could be Kumud. But Saras is a complex character with an overflow of emotions. And they aren't happy waale emotions. It's of pain and sadness. Plus, he never goes OTT. Always plays his role with perfection.

i will pick gautam because the emotions and complexity of the character that he is trying to portray is very challenging, a slight up down of emotions can make the act go overdone or under done...he was excellent in talaab scene, now he has to maintain that pain and anger which is required by the scene and to which gautam is doing full justice..unfortunately to some of us it looks as if he is over doing it, but that is saras, i think GR is living the character of saras!

I find that both actors have slipped into the skin of their characters quite well and both are doing an exceptional job...I don't find anything OTT in either of their acting and in fact think both are improving day by day...I find them equally good...if there is one episode where Gautam shines as Saras then there will be another episode where Jennifer shines as Kumud...it just depends on the kind of scenes the actors have to portray...so for me both are great!
