Very well writeen symbolism, Shivi its true in whole plot sense...

May be show name is sawrswai chardra but actually novel was mostly based on trail of Kumd life and their love eafter he rejected her again...So once that dor is gone Kumud life will be like Kati patang with no hold on her own life...who will just be at mercy of fate like kite is at mercy of wind,...

So apr so true...KUL

@ mysterygurl1427: It is a nicely written post…the way you've put across your thoughts is very beautiful-----perfect!!!

Add one more to that: Guman the Gale storm….Now that she is planning to land in Ratnagari, god only knows what havoc she is going to play in their lives??Will our kite(kumud) & string(saras) with stand this Gale Storm(guman)??

I love how you dug deeper to find meanings and symbolisms! 😊

And I really agree especially after today's episode! Kumud is the free spirit kite, while Saras is the string.

I guess Saras will find his kite wherever she is...

Shivani,
What a beautiful take on that scene. It was indeed symbolic of the relationship that Saras and Kumud share. Shivani, right from the beginning - I have been emphasizing on Saras's behavior. Why does he want her to trust him? He is rejecting the proposal so why does it matter? He is so adamant. He wants to explain himself and why is it so important for him to have Kumud's trust? This is yet to unfold, but I am in for the ride. What I like here is that they are really starting to build their relationship from trust, which is really important to have in any relationship. Once again, I loved how you compared the kite and string to SaMud. I am sorry for being late in replying. I kept thinking I would reply to you, but then my mind is all over the place lol.
