There is nothing wrong in posting threads with the POV. No offenses to anyone its just our feelings how we felt. I respect your opinion and agree with you in totality. JW is complete misfit for the Kumud role.

I agree. Her looks and costume are a visual treat. But her acting is a damper. She seems to be biting her teeth during dialogue delivery. Also agree on the fakeness of her emotions.

I agree -

I'm not bashing her as an actor or anything.

I suppose I had big expectations for the lead actors, both of which have not convinced me of:

-being Gujarati
-having a connection to one another
-real emotion (I laughed when she cried so much about the rejection)
-proper dialogue delivery
-magic - the one you feel right off the onset

-I feel like the show jumped and missed giving some elements of the background to the viewers...whose who, where, what, why...

The one biggest thing that bothers me about this show is that there is not consistency in the settings or characters.

I hope it improves.

only Jennifer is able to do justice to kumuds character!

she is perfect and amazing

I can't imagine anyone else in that role

her performance is absolutely breath taking

the only reason I like JW in this role is because she acts quite naturally ... maybe the viewers are use to over-the-top expressions and are having a tough time accepting someone who is very restraint and subtle with all her expressions ... i like her specifically for this reason ... honestly i was sick to death of loud mouth leading ladies or overtly emotional ones as well. besides i think her dialogue delivery is very good.
