Viewers can accept any one if they get into the role convincingly. But in this case (Kumud) its not fitting perfectly on her. ( just to give a simple example is actress Tabu in ghagra cholis) She never suited well in that.

Admit it that majority of the people commenting on how Kumud should be knew nothing about Saraswatichandra before this show.Its an old old novel..so far just one movie made on this novel that too when our great great grandfathers lived. So lets accept we know nothing about how Kumud should be. In that case why not see what the makers are trying to show instead of making your own vision of the characters.

i m sorry ,it is not cute but charming ,now u know i m not saying at her looks ,looking at the promo ,it is shown that kumud is colourful persnality who spreads colours to life ,some one whose is bright full of life ,but i dont find that it in her attitude in show .Now u see there are some actors for example soumya seth ,she is navya played a character of shy girl and now in khoobsurat plays a lively character ,a veiwer can clearly see the difference in both characters but in kumad and dr ridhima ,apart from dressing sense rest every thing is same ,she speaks in gujrati dobi che watver but in her same style.Her talking style remains same .

3. From where did you get this random vague idea that Jennifer is proud because she is an established actress? Yes she has reasons to be proud but no she is not. Even if she is why would that stop her from performing?

Its my friend who just felt that if they casted a non established actor ,the actress would try to explore themselves to fullest.

P.S- If you think Monica Bedi is fit for Kumud's role I have nothing to say other than thank god you weren't there to cast the actors.

This is a bit attacking statement ,i mean you cant say thank god you were not to cast the actors,if u cant respect at least dont disrespect .

And monica bedi in my opinion she would look superb like aish with backless cholis ,she wore backless blouses and she looked superb,and most importantly because she has a soft voice.

If jenny works more in changing her accent ,body language ,thats would be nice.

and as far as acting is concerned, she is an ok actress.. much better than a lot of wierdos on TV but she is strictly ok .. not phenomenal .. extraordinary is KSG, Rani mukherjee, Kajol ..

But me calling her ok has a huge factor that her roles have mostly been the same . so can't blame the actor for that..

Am i saying surbhi jyoti is better than her or comparing them ..duuuh.. ofcourse not .. both are doing their own stuff and trying to give their best.. respect that.. and FYI i said the entire cast is off mark .. not just jenny .. moreover.. in all of this i think director is at fault ..each frame should draw the audience and its failing to ignite that spark .. but then .. the series does deserve a few more weeks of patience.. hopefully things would set in ( for. e.g. madhubala .. it so got on my nerves initially .. but i think now its doing well.. ) .. Its a huge investment for SLB, I am sure they will make this work .. but director needs to up his efforts .. everything else is secondary

Plz don't have preconceived notion about Kumud. You did'nt write the novel and neither you are the director. They know their work. You may have read the novel, but may be SLB and others did not imagine Kumud the way you did. We get to see Kumud from their eyes. So your problem should be with the director or producer, not Jenny, because she is portraying the character the way she was told. I think the basic issue is you don't like Jenny, for whatever reason. There are many shows on tv which you could watch, rather than go on making topics about her. What are you even trying to achieve by making these topics?
