I see so many familiar faces here! 😆

Just saw the first episode, I am literally GOBSMACKED after looking at the grandeur of things. It was such a visual treat. Off to a great start I must say.

Finished watching episode.

Cliche galore settig wise. Loved SC and Kumud as characters. I'll definitely read the book now...

Didn't like Monica Bedi. She's stupid. I don't know SC's dad's name - but he looked constipated. Kumud's parents also overdid the role, but were a little more bearable than SC's parents.

I WANNA READ THE BOOK.

hmm so its good that someone gave monica bedi a chance but then she ruined the scenes for me

be it her horrible dialogue delivery or her lack of proper expressions

somehow i did not like her , the character has been sketched out good ...a step mom who wants to be a part of her step sons life and has some feelings ...it shows how she wants to dominate her son ...

but monica needs to work a lot ...

and yet again SLB proved that his sets and costumes are the best...and its the best ..be the saraswatichandra's bedroom , the house , kumud's house and the pond too goood ...something which SLB has maintained

a treat to look at ...

asha - SC is about a tragic and incomplete love story

where the leads dont get married due to certain circumstances

and SC marries female lead's sister instead

So far so good is all i'm going so say.

Saras and Kumudh are shown to be slightly eccentric and SLB knows that more than making characters relateable, these sort of characters will create a fantasy effect and a greater impact in the minds of the viewers.

While this may have worked very well with his movies, will it work out in a daily soap?

We have to wait and watch.

Thanks a lot FLS for creating it and feels really good to see some members i do know before 😊
I am Jaya.

The episode just ended and i came to the forums...I am simply in awe with the exuberance and grandeur of the sets! But had higher hopes for the lead actress in terms of being a beautiful girl...from thee way she was portrayed in the promos though(sorry if i offended someone )
