Daksh n Ayush - Same Case???

Am curio to see what case Sonakshi is bringing against Ayush and can she bring the same against Daksh?😈 R they suing Ayush for not paying child support? If so, you need the child to exist and proving paternity via DNA test during pregnancy can be risky. 🤓 Or is it fraud/breach of promise - he promised to marry Akru and now refuses to do so? If so, then can't Sona bring similar kind of suit against Daksh once he dumps her?🤔 What other types of claims can Sonakshi bring on behalf of Akru?? She was not sexually assaulted nor did Ayush fake marriage with her...

I think those are slightly different case. Ayush promised to marry Aku and after his use, he dumped her by telling lame excuses. It is obvious that his aim was to cheat that girl. Daksh wore an engagement ring as an arranged way. But if he openly tells he does not want to proceed with the mrg as he came to know that he is in love with another girl. Thats honesty, not cheating. If it goes to court, court cannot ask Daksh to marry Sonakshi. Maximum, Daksh may have to give compensation for the engagement. Here, the engagement was taken place in Daksh's house and there was no such expenditure for girl's side. So that case will not valid I feel.

I think the Aysuh case is not way similar to Daksh's for the reasons other people have mentioned.

Agree Daksh has not told Sonakshi he loves her, but he has to date also not told her he is in love with anyone else. Ayush made promises to Akruti about marriage just to take physical advantage of her. So, Ayush is definitely more morally culpable than Daksh by any measure... But, that is not my Q. My Q is what kind of case is Sona bringing against Ayush? And is it possible that she can bring similar case against Daksh though arguably not as strong of a case? Am wondering about the Legal foundation and whether they even have one for a case against either guy.

Guys i think after the ME Sona will no longer be fighting Akku's case cos she will want revenge.
Im guessing she will flip sides and fight for Ayush thhus making aku at a loss.
tbh i didnt get where they were cuming from for this case from the begining but i think it may be in regards of defamation of Akus character and deciet.

after todays episode, i fear Rohini-Sona uniting and Rohini calming Sona down but manipulatin DakshNa.
Why didnt Rohini just have the baby at her Maayka and save me from all this

that is what ayush is saying tht he didnt force akruti or anything..!

There are blood tests that can be done which won't put Akruti or her child at risk and would prove Ayush is the father.
