One speculation here is that after her Mauritius success, Pooja will choose Krish and this will not go well with Brij and he will try his best to destroy her...
I think that we all assume that she is narrating this when she is slipping into unconsciousness. But we cannot be certain. It is a "stream of consciousness" narrative (similar in style to how Jane Eyre is written) and we are not sure that Pooja is still on the ventilator when she is narrating this. She already flat lined at the hospital and was revived. The only reason for putting her on a ventilator is so that CVs keep all options open for the serial. The serial is different conceptually, but it still will be about the redemption of love and truth against all odds - the channel itself promises us uplifting and poignant stories. Aarthi will crusade for the truth and when she does Daddaji will be revealed for who he truly is. I also wont be surprised if Krish too reveals his true colours.
Pooja might be writing this in her diary after she recovers from her saga at the hospital. I think she will return to Pachmarhi, making peace with her ambitions and giving up hope for her love. At this juncture, it will be Brij who has to the final amends and prove that he too can decimate himself in love - he might give up politics finally choosing her - just as the pir at the Dargah hinted he do in the first place by showing him Pooja immediately after his prayers.
