Hello...i'm back with the second scene!! 😊

Scene 2:

In one of the rooms at Garg Niwas (Rachna's room to be precise), Shail Garg was panicking as she watched Gunjan put on Rachna's make-up for her. The Argarwals arrived an hour earlier than the time they were supposed to arrive. Other guests has started to arrive as well and here, her daughter was still getting ready. The last thing she needed is for Savitri Devi (SD) to start complaining about how they are never on time...again!!

"There!! All done!!" exclaimed Gunjan.

Shail's attention turned to her daughter. She was looking very beautiful in the pink lehenga she decided to wear for the engagement.

"Beta...you're looking so beautiful." she told Rachna, getting slightly emotional as she watched her daughter. Rachna has truly grown up so fast. It felt like only yesterday, she was taking her first steps. And now here she was about to be engaged to Vihaan Argawal.

Vihaan. It was a shock to the entire Garg family when out of the blue, Vihaan Argarwal came to the house. He apologized for what he did to Rachna and the family in the past and was truly story. He was not forgiven immediately, in fact he was actually chased out of the house on that day. It took him quite some time to gain their forgiveness and trust back. When Rachna told her that they were in love and this time it was for real, she wasn't sure how her husband, Dayal would take the news. But surprisingly, he took it well and accepted it. When asked, he said, everyone deserved a second chance which they've given to Vihaan, and Vihaan has proved himself to be a changed man on many occasions. So, here they were once again at Rachna's and Vihaan's engagement.

Gunjan whispered something to Rachna causing her to blush a deep red. Two years ago, Gunjan's father, Akash had gotten a transfer to the Mumbai office of his company. That was about 2 months after Gunjan and Aditya broke off their engagement. Gunjan decided to move back to Mumbai with him. This was a shock for Shail as she was not prepared to let Gunjan leave but Gunjan convinced her that she needed to leave in order for her to move on with her life.

Now, Gunjan has returned once again, albeit for the week only for Rachna's engagement. It's been 6 months since she last saw her during Mayank's wedding. A few months after his divorce from Charu, he met a nice girl, Nisha and they fell in love. They are now expecting their first child. She was at first worried that Gunjan might feel awkward or even sad at the wedding considering how things ended between Gunjan and Mayank. However, the moment Gunjan arrived at Garg Niwas, all her fears were put to rest. This wasn't the same depressed Gunjan that left Banaras a year and a half ago. She seemed much happier and was once again the bubbly Gunjan from before her heartbreak.

Laughter interrupted her thoughts and she was brought back to the present where both Gunjan and Rachna were laughing at some joke one of them must have told the other. She shook her head at their antics and then remembered that the Argarwals were already here.

"Bas bas!!! Hurry up now!!! It's already so late!!"

"Masi ji, relax!! What's the rush? There's still time. Vihaan is not going to go anywhere."

"Yes, mummy!! Gunjan's right," said Rachna, laughing. Before Shail could reprimand them, there was a knock on the door. It was Sangeetha chachi and Nisha. "Arrey...Rachna, aren't you ready yet?? Didi, Savitri ji has been asking about Rachna for the last 10 minutes."

"See...now hurry up you two!!"

"Masi ji, relax!! She's all set and ready!!"

Sangeetha chachi looked at Rachna and teasingly said, "By the way, Savitri ji is not the only one asking for Rachna...there's someone else who has been very impatient since he got here."

"Is it?" asked Rachna, trying to ignore the blush creeping up her cheeks.

"Of course!! If not for Rajiv, I think he would have already burst through this room door and carried you off over his shoulder!" said Nisha making Rachna turn a deeper shade of red.

"Maybe, we should make him wait a little longer then...have him come take Rachna on his own," Gunjan whispered to Nisha.

Both of them broke into a fit of giggles earning a glare from Shail who heard Gunjan's words. "Sorry, masi ji!!" said Gunjan, laughing.

"Bas karo tum dono!!" said Shail. "Chalo Rachna."

"Masi ji, aab log jaao...I'll be there in a few minutes."

"Gunjan, kya hua?" asked Rachna.

"Nothing Rachna. I just need to use the bathroom." said Gunjan.

"Accha...come fast!" said Shail.

As they left the room, Gunjan got her mobile out and started typing a message. Smirking, she sent the typed message, looked at the mirror for a last time and left the room.

Wow Vihaan has had a 180 degree turn he is the sharafat ke putla now😆

He somehow manged to convince the entire family and win them..👏 👏 the CV s need to learn something from you 😛

Wow he is becoming desperate I dont know why but I am thinkinhg about their firs engagement and the way he was behaving so reading thi is warming my heart 😳

Aww you got Mayank a new girl and she seems like a sweetheart Nisha!! hope to read about her and Maynk s story as well😃

So Gunjan does not live in Benaras and by reading the end I guess she not only kept in touch with someone they have something going as well 😆

Aww...beautifully written .. I love this .. this is exactly like the way I want story to move forward...

I love the girls fun ..and glad rather super happy that Gunjan lives in Mumbai and even happiercoz Mayank is married with someone else

And you have repair all that flaws of the characters and the serial .. 🤗🤗

Loved girls masti.. ...

And love the way you have tried to let us know the way Vihan repent for his deeds .. I like (No I love) Nisha .. she is the angel 😈

This is brilliant, I remember us once discussing this song & you agreeing to write an FF on this & now its finally here 🥳
O mahn, I love this story, like this is exactly the way I wanted SSLK to be.
You know what is the best part of this FF? That Mayank is a married man, in love with nisha... Ooo I love Nisha too just like Hashii said, she is an angel to me 😈 🤣

The second best thing is that Gunjan left Garg House, like Yayyy
I love you Ranju, for both these things, I so wish I could make you the CV for the show, like RIGHT NOW 🤗

it was originally supposed to be a song fic with them singing the song...but i just couldn't put it to words so I changed it to a normal ff..

So glad you're super excited with this story...i wasn't too sure of this scene(2nd one) but you've cleared any doubts i had for it...😃

and yes...not just me...i think WE all should take over being CVs for the show!! 😉 We can definitely come up with a better story line, don't you think so? oh well...there's still SSLK 2 😉

Gunjan...well...you'll have to read the next scenes to find out...😈

will try to update ASAP but i haven't started the 3rd scene...3rd scene is being quite elusive...4th and 5th scenes are already in progress (in my head)

1st of all congratulations babes for starting this new FF, am so happy with your decision for making song sequence to FF, we will get to see more of your creativity 😃

ok so here is my review...

parts which i totally loved

~ awww...poor vihaan getting restless and he is so desperate to see rachna..my god!!! seems like he is totally head over heels for her😳

~ loved when rajiv clamp his hand over vihaan and smirked..☺️ , looks like something is going on in his mind😆

~ i totally totally loved gunjan and rachna part...i mean these are the girls we alwayzz imagined for SSLK..fun, naughty, bubbly, chirpy...totally loved how gunjan made rachna blushed, and then they giggled...it was so beautiful😊

~ gunjan is living in mumbai😲, awesome choice ranju...that's what we alwayzz wanted and not only that, u have beautifully explained the vihaan redemption part too..👏

~ nice twist, u made mayank as a married man😆😆, and her wife Nisha seems to be pretty cool with girls..no negativity which is awesome👍🏼

~ and how can i forget this, loved that how dayal cared about her daughter, and said yes for their wedding...even shayl motherly love for rachna was beautifully explained...loved sangeeta dialogue "By the way, Savitri ji is not the only one asking for Rachna...there's someone else who has been very impatient since he got here."

~ and ahhh, whats with gunjan, she messaged to someone and smirked, even rajeev smirked in the 1st part...definitely both are upto something😆😆

overall loved your writing gunjan, all the way it was interesting not at all stretched and very effective...loved how you pull out all the flaws, making totally in gunjeevians pov...i really wanna hug u for this🤗🤗, u r doing brilliant job👏👏...and am absolutely looking forward for ur updates

Rachna- gunjan and Gunjan-Nisha masti is awesome. The way Nisha and Gunjan were speaking proves that they are fine with each other forgetting the past.😊

To whom did Gunjan send message?!? Hope it is Rajeev. Is it in a friendly manner?😉 Will their friendship bloom into love?😳 I love to read it. Rachna has grown too.😃
