Yes this quote can be aptly applied to Charu, Seema and Sangeeta.

By idleness I mean they have no particular goal in mind and thus have little to do. Seema and Sangeeta do help Shayl with the housework - but in a peripheral way. So they have plenty of time to plot against Gunjan and Shayl.

Gosh they really just have nothing to do with their lives. While they do that they better look behind them to see what tricks Charu is about to pull on them. What do they think? Charu's parents will send her money every month and they will mooch off of it?

From today's episode it appears that Mayank is angry with Gunjan too at (apparently) being tricked into marrying Charu. (He forgets that he was the one who broke up with Gunjan to wed Charu!). So he is keen on revenge.

Mayank is really just selfish. Hypocitical isn't it? He says that Gunjan is selfish. He left Gunjan and immediately took Charu's hand. Found out the truth and just expects Gunjan to forgive him. He put himself in this position. He remember when Gunjan said that he didn't trust her but he doesn't fell guilt or bad about it. Gunjan did the right thing; no CD, no trust, no healthy relationship. He had to stop jumping between the girls.

Poor Gunjan is going to have her hands full - with studies and surviving in a hostile atmosphere!

Seema and Sangeeta have long standing issues with Shayl - because of her being the quintessential matriarch - holding the household together. Their husbands and kids adore her and she is such a diplomat and so good in all that she does - that they are awfully jealous of her. So she too is going to be at the receiving end of their evil plots.

It seems that Shayl is going to tested sorely.

What I really want to see is Gunjan serve up a few words to Seema and Sangeeta especially when they berate Shail. It's just not done to have them talk the world of crap while she sits and tolerates it. Elders or not, she can nicely put them in their place. Really liked when she told Pihu not to try her smartness on her and she would have told her off had she not been Shail's daughter.
What I do like seeing is that Shail often uses her voice and doesn't let their stupidity get the best of her. She does what is right and sticks by it and no one, not even Dayal can properly respond/back answer when she explains her thoughts and actions.

I will not be surprised if they splinter the family. I can see Charu moving out with Mayank very soon. As far as Seema and Sangeeta are concerned I do not think their husbands will give in so easily.

Tell me folks - am I right or wrong in my thinking?😆

I totally agree, Charu will want out of that house very soon but I feel Mayank character is going to go totally grey now as he may want revenge.
