true. The worst was telling shayl she cant take decisions for her own flesh and blood. He s not a good husband . I hope rachna s not thrown out if she quits hockey.

u have to understand the mentality of a father esp a orthodox father living in a jt family ...he is not dumb or cruel ...but somebody has threatened his daughter due to her clothes plus he does not know that his daughter was playing hockey without his knowledge or permission ...see his ego has been hurt plus his daughters safety is in question so that is going to be the first reaction ..i have two teenagers so i know parents reaction ...slowly he will give in

regarding being a bad husband i think he has been good to her in the past ...whatever i read thru the story ...i think he is feeling hurt for hiding the hockey incidence ...plus being in a jt family u have to take decisions as per everybodtys wish u cant be partial just because she is your daughter ...otherwise bickering starts ...i think slowly he will handle the situation in rachanas favour ...after all he is her father
