Chapter six..

Anmol pacing to and fro in the hospital corridor..ansh trying to calm him down but no avail he is so restless .

Anmol..why they taking so long ..where is the doc?..

Just then the doc called him and he rushed to him..

Anmol..wat happened doctor ?

Doctor…mr sareen we must take her immediately to the OT or else it will get more complicated ..

Anmol..no doctor do everything you have to do but save her please..

Doctor..yes but we must get the sign from any one close to her.her relatives anyone so we can proceed with the operation..

Anmol..i'm the one close to her.i will sign the form ,payments and all procedures but do her operation...

No mr sareen you are not getting me we need her relative consent as its more complicated..

Anmol gets flashback of wat ansh said ragini is an orphan and hated by her adopted family..

Anmol was getting more worried now and asked wat's is it doctor..mr sareen this is a private matter so..

Anmol cut him off as ragini's life was in danger so he had to solve this problem…

Anmol…ragini is my would be wife doctor and has no one as relative so I have all the right to know..

Doctor… then its fine..the matter is…..

All anmol said do it but save my ragini..{FB of this scene later in the story}

After sometime ragini was taken to the OT..anmol took her hand in his a last time and saying comeback to me ragini as I cant think life without you..

So lost alone in the waiting room and praying ragini gets back safely from the surgery...ansh came there with a coffee in hand but anmol refused it..it was unbearable for him to wait..hours passed by ragini was still in the OT..

His cell rang and looked at the ID..it was his mom..

Anmol's mom..anmol beta kahan ho tum..its late ..

Anmol…mama I'm at the hospital ..no no mama I'm fine but I will relate all to you coming home..

Anmol's mom..anmol I'm worried is everything fine..

Just then someone called anmol as ragini is out of the OT..mama I have to go but I will be back home soon..

Doctor..everything fine mr sareen.she will be weak but all is under control.

Anmol..thanks doctor..can I see her? ..

Doctor..give them a few mins to put her in room then you may but a few mins ..

Anmol..sure and thanks again you brought me my life back…

Doctor..you love her so much..

Anmol..i cant tell you how much she is precious to me ..

Ragini's hospital room..

Anmol is allowed to see her..he took her left hand in his as her right hand got fracture…. looking at her sleeping his tears was non stop.it was of mixed emotions..,tears of happiness she is alive and of sadness as he cant see her in such pain lying unconsciously ..he kissed her forehead and turned to go out reaching the door, he took a last glance at her promising from now on I will bring only happiness in your life my ragini..

Rahul's party..

Rahul so engrossed in his drinks and friends was not paying attention of ragini's presence in the party..then it clicked to him and going upstairs he called for her..opening her room, he called ragini but no reply..this got him curious of where has she gone..coming downstairs he searched for her ..he looked outside and he asked the security..

Rahul..did you see a girl going out with blue saree.

The answer he got made him slap the poor security guy..

He rushed out of the gate and said no ragini you cant go like this..you are mine and I will get you back..

His cell rang.it was his mother from abroad ..

Rahul.. mom i cant come ..ok ok I will get the next flight for NY..looking a last time on the road he said I will be back ragini and you cant escape from me..

Anmol-ansh…

Anmol..thanks ansh you truly a friend and today you made me save my love..i love her ansh and without her in my life its unthinkable..

I have to go to rahul's house now to teach him a lesson for hurting ragini and playing with her feelings.i had my doubts about him..its too much wat he has done to ragini disgracing her like this in front of so many people..

Ansh…no anmol you wont do such things..let it be..for now its only ragini your priority if you go there he will complicate yours and ragini's life..you do understand right..Finally he convinced anmol …

Sareen mansion..

Anmol returned back home where his mom was waiting for him..

Seeing anmol so tired and so sad ,she run to him touching him if he is really safe..

Anmol's mom..anmol tum theek ho nah.you scared me..

Anmol..mama I'm fine .

Anmol's mom..you sit I will bring something for you to drink..

Anmol holds his mom hand and hugged her ..

Anmol's mom..kuch to baat hein anmol…come and he made him sit on the couch..kya hua tum itni udaas kyun ho.

Anmol..mama I love her too much and today I nearly lost her..it was like one part of me dieing mama..

Anmol's mom..kaun anmol..

Anmol..uska naam ragini hein.i met her only twice aur mujhe pyar hogaya.after so many yrs I fell in love and she is the one I want to spend my whole life with mama..

Anmol then related all about ragini to her accident.this made anmol's mom in tears and hugged anmol..so much she has gone through …she consoled him that everything will be allright now and its god's doing that he has brought her back in his life.

Anmol..mama jab woh theek hojayagee I want to marry her and bring her as your bahu.aap ko koi aittraaz nahin hogee...i love her mama..

Anmol's mom..anmol tumaharee kushi sab se maine raktee hein mere liye.you are happy so I have nothing against this marriage..

In fact mujhe kal hi apnee bahu se milna hein.i'm happy anmol jiss ki tumhein talaash thi woh tumhein mil gayee..they hugged and she asked him to go and rest..

Anmol's room..

He took his cell and called the hospital..hi I'm anmol sareen..just to ask if everything fine with ragini Sharma..thanks and do take care of her.. he looked at ragini's smiling face on his cell..

Anmol..jaldi theek ho jao I cant wait to bring you home..

Next morning anmol woke up early and got ready to go to hospital..walking downstairs in the hall his mom was already there..

Anmol..good morning mama..i will go and check on the kids and ashi and will leave for hospital.

Anmol's mom..ok I have already got breakfast ready you eat before you go..

Anmol rushed upstairs ..muskan-misal were In deep sleep.he kissed them and quietly went out of their room.he did same to aashi ..

Having his breakfast ,Mama please abhi ashi aur bachoon ko kuch mat kahena..warna they all will want to go to hospital..you know how excited they will be esp aashi …I want ragini to get a bit more better phir..

Anmol's mom..you love her so much it reflects in your eyes when you talk about her..i'm very happy son for you …ragini theek ho jaye phir hum use itna pyar dheinge and she will forget about that bitter past...tum jao..i will come later in the evening. I'm eager see my bahu too..…

Anmol…hugging his mom say thank you so much mama..

The hospital…

Arriving at the hospital at 7am at the reception ,he asked for ragini but was asked to wait as doctor is doing his routine visit in her room..

Ragini's room..

Doctor was doing her check up..

Doc..everything fine miss Sharma but its total bed rest as you are still weak.. you are lucky as you were brought in time to hospital..nothing to worry now ..will come to visit you in the evening.giving instruction to the nurse for ragini's medecines /injections he got out ..

Coming out he saw anmol in the corridor..mr sareen you early..

Anmol..how is ragini?…

Doctor..nothing to worry..she is under control but complete bed rest as it will take time for her health to be more stable..may be next week I can discharge her but at home too it must be bed rest.so see you later mr sareen and yes you can visit her but not too much of convo as she is still weak...

Anmol..sure doctor..thanks again for saving her life..

Doc...its my job but I think your love and prayer for her got her safe too..giving anmol a tap on his shoulder she will be allright and he went to check on his next patient..

Ragini's room..

Ragini..very weakly asked Sister who brought me here..

Sister..please don't talk much..he is here waiting to come and see you..i will send him in now..

Ragini was afraid that it may be rahul but when the door opened she looked up and it was anmol..it was relief on her face and a drop of tear escaped from her eyes..

Will continue soon..

A difficult phase for ragini but now anmol her saviour is here in her life..

Will she get the deserved happiness with the one who loves her truly and deeply?..

Sareen mansion…

Muskaan-misal….dadima where is papa?..he is not in his room..

Anmol's mom..your papa had to go early for some work..

Muskaan..oh no wanted papa to drop us to sch today..miss him..

Anmol's mom…I know beta but he had some urgent work .i will drop you both ..ab jaldi breakfast karo …

Aashi….mama bhaiya jaldi office gaye aaj..

Before her dadi can reply muskan to aashi...yes he had work to do..waise papa always have work.he has big office nah dadima..

Misal….papa has big wat we say aashi aunty…company..papa has big company..

Muskan…no big office..misal….big company…there goes their tit for tat about their papa..

Aashi.. their dadi laughed at their cute talking..in her heart anmol's mom saying you all will get a big surprise soon..a new member in our family..smiling..

Aashi...mama aap kyun muskura rahe ho..kya baat hein..

Kuch nahin aise hi ab jaldi tum sab nashta karo.

Hospital ..

Anmol approached ragini's bed..he looked at her and so wanted to wipe her tears …he did not want to rush things as she is not mentally prepared for all this between them...he had to be careful after the trauma she has gone through..they both have an eye lock when suddenly he saw tears welling up in ragini's eyes..

Anmol….please don't cry.everything fine now..dont worry about anything and don't stress yourself..just relax and take rest..

a sob escaped from her throat such was the emotions that she was safe and her rescuer was anmol..

Ragini….thank you for…

Anmol cut her off please ragini don't say anything…try to forget about that bad phase I'm with you ..

Ragini felt relieved and reassured that anmol is here for her..

The nurse entering the room ,mr sareen patient needs rest now so please..

Anmol..sure ..ragini take care and nothing to worry..i will be here in the evening…so softly he said bye to her but was not ready to leave her yet..

Ragini just nod at him watching him go ..

Anmol gave her a last look and went out of the room..arriving in his car he let go of the tears he controlled in ragini's room..it hurt him to see her so weak and in pain..

Ragini soon drifted in a peaceful sleep as now she knows she is in safe hands…

Anmol's office..

Arriving at his office anmol called his secretary..tell mr sinha to meet me immediately in my cabin.a few mins later mr sinha came in.

Anmol…..mr sinha cancel the deal we had with mr Rahul diwan..

mr sinha…but sir you invested so much money..

Anmol…mr sinha here money is not the priority ,I want you to just cancel that deal and from now on no more mr Rahul diwan entry in any of sareen companies..do you understand.

Mr sinha….yes sir.

Now go and do wat I have said..

ANMOL….Rahul diwan till now you were a friend but from today you are not in my good books and I wont forget your sins so easily as you have hurt someone too dear to my heart...

Anmol concentrated in his work but still he has a thought for ragini and kept calling the hospital in between his meetings..

Evening..

Ragini had a good sleep and the painkillers were having some effects on her pain..

She was looking at the door as anmol told her he will come to visit her..

Suddenly the door opened and ragini smiled but it faded soon as she saw a tall-slim.well-dressed lady entering her room.

Ragini perplexed by this visit ….anmol's mom stared at ragini and a heartfelt smile came on her face..you are exactly how he told me.. ragini was completely lost wat she was talking about..

Anmol's mom..sorry..i'm Aadita sareen..anmol's mother…

Ragini just nod her head to greet her and was a bit lost wat to say to her..

Aadita….i know you must be a bit confused wat I'm doing here..anmol told me about you last night..ragini aap bilkul chintaa mat kijiye we are here now with you and all I will say trust us ..from now consider me as your mother touching her cheeks with so much love...ragini tears welled up in her eyes

Aadita…wiping her tears from today no more tears in these eyes but think of the happiness which will soon be in your life..thinking to herself you will soon be my bahu and my anmol's wife..

A few mins later anmol entered the room and was happy to see his mom with ragini..

Anmol…mama when did you came..

Aadita….some10 mins ago..now you have come I leave you with ragini ..i have some errands to do and get back home.taking ragini's hand In hers remember wat i said cheer up now..she kissed her on her forehead and said bye to ragini..will come to see you again..anmol can you come with me for a mins..

Anmol..sure mama.

Ragini watching both going out had a contented smile on her face..

Aadita ….she is the right choice my son..she is perfect for you.. we want rush things now let her be more stable then we will talk to her about all this..you too be careful as I know you love her but still keep your feelings for now..she is still emotionally disturbed ..ok now go and keep my bahu company..give him a hug ..see you back home.

Anmol was beaming with happiness as his mom has accepted ragini wholeheartedly..entering ragini's room he had this urge to reveal all to ragini but as his mom said step by step he kept quiet..he sat near her bed and kept her company talking. ragini breathtaking smile made his heart skip a beat and he was in his dreamland..

Anmol….ek baar haan kaho ragini I will shower you with so much love and give you all the happiness you deserve...

Its the nurse coming with tray In hand that bring him back to reality.

Mr sareen its time for ragini's dinner..i will feed her ..ragini did not want anmol to go and same for anmol…then he said sister if you don't mind I will do so..

Ragini was happy and anmol took the tray from her.it was a light dinner.soup-dessert…

Ragini was a little shy as anmol was feeding her the soup.he could not take his eyes off her…dinner over it was time for ragini's medecines for the night..visit was over also so this time he had to go..a promise to her he will be back morning and to sleep well..a last look at her and he went out of the room..

This became a routine for the past week ….once ragini woke up and got a surprise …a beautiful bouquet of new blossoms with a card…she took the card and a big smile on her face after reading it…

Anmol's mom too frequently visited ragini..bringing homemade food for her and will keep her company so as she is not bored alone...this was making their bond more concrete..now ragini knew everything about anmol's family.her sis.muskan-misal.

Anmol was not over with his surprise for her..one evening on his usual visit to her brought a cell phone..this for you so as I can talk to you ..going home I really miss our talk so this will help..smiling at her..she blushed and took it from anmol… looking at her anxious face..

Anmol…wat's is it ragini..you ok…

Ragini… there is a problem..

Anmol instantly became worried ,are you not feeling well..i will call the doctor..

Ragini….no its not my health but she was feeling shy how to tell him she has never used a cell phone before..

Finally anmol got it and smiled ..

Anmol…its easy ragini I will show you..he came close to her on the bed and began to teach her which button to press to receive call etc.so involved in showing her how to use the cellphone they were not aware how close they were to each other..suddenly both became aware of their closeness on the bed..their faces were so close to each other.they were lost in each other gaze ..next anmol removed a strand of her hair from her face and so lovingly looked at her..

Anmol..you are so beautiful…ragini I have lots to say to you.

Ragini could not control the feeling of huge wave of emotions inside her heart at that moment ,her tears came flowing down her cheeks..anmol could not bear to see tears sparkling upon her smooth cheeks …he kissed her tears away..touching her face with so much care,finally he hugged her tightly and his most beautiful surprise to her whispering in her ear the three golden words.."I love you" my ragini … ragini with an angelic smile on her face and she too hugging anmol..

Anmol's heart feelings at that moment to show his deep love for his ragini…
