Imagine TV too takes a big leap while SAB threatens Sony for the No.4 position.

The sixth week of TAM 2011 has been good for Hindi general entertainment channels where Colors, Zee TV, Imagine TV and SAB have put together a good show. According to the TAM data released for week 6, the No.1 Hindi general entertainment channel Star Plus has lost some GRPs to come down at 327 as compared to 338 GRPs in last week.

Riding on the success of new fiction shows Phulwa and Mukti Bandhan, the second most watched Hindi GEC Colors has strengthened its position and garnered 265 GRPs this week (last week 239).

Holding the 3^rd spot firmly, Zee TV has also jumped up to 250 GRPs in the 6^th week of TAM 2011 (last week 226).

Sony Entertainment Television is the only GEC to lose maximum GRPs this week. The channel has recorded 154 GRPs on the TAM people meter (last week 178).

At No.5, SAB TV has garnered 152 GRPs (last week 138).

The reality game show Zor ka Jhatka with the host Shah Rukh Khan has worked well for Imagine TV which has added 20 GRPs this week to reach up to 100 GRPs (last week 80).

Star One has garnered 35 GRPs (last week 36) while Sahara One is at 28 GRPs (last week 36).

Starplus should swallow their false pride and bring Bidaai back otherwise this trend shall continue which Star parivaar might fill for a week but in the long run hope this trend continues😈

Shanti, I think Feb and March are months to look out for. I don't watch a single fiction show , sometimes watch Kitni on Imagine, Jalak , DID doubles and Comedy Circus. Wish I had Sab to watch Mrs Tendulkar otherwise waiting for Apu to come back.
Colors and Zeetv are going great guns and Starplus is banking on the hit show Dor.

Dor another drama which will be like Radha ki betiyaan I think some sister stores 3 sister or something like that

They could have given Gulal some other spot and left Bidaaii to make proper completion

Gawd that pratigya also what torture !! I mean she is so well eucated and she should put her stand call lawyer and get justice

The Star anthem is just not playing its cards on these shows 😆

I am waiting for the TAM as they are on par with tvrs now so we get a more clear picture now😊.

Savee , Colors and Zeetv needs to give stiff competition to this egoistic channel.👎🏼. Phulwa is a great show from day one and PR is a long fav among the masses. Starplus is commiting a huge blunder but until it loses its no1 position it will not learn a lesson.
