For sure it was not a dream, She did faint in RH and then why would she ask Tarun that Ragini will get the reports from the hospital. May be she thinks she might be pregnant but she isn't.

Lack of food and pregnancy hormones made Sadhna go cuckoo No wonder she's dreaming up bad stuff happening to everybody--she's hungry--and nobody giving her food No wonder she killed Ranvir! Ranvir is only busy giving kheer and chat to Ragini while poor Sadhna is starving! Very bad Ranvir!

The thing is its very hard for Indian audience to accept a lead like Sakshi. They could have either shown her pregnant (and Tarun ditching her so she accepts Vasu's proposal) or taking revenge on Vasu. But not both at the same time.

She's not exactly the lead, right? The story doesn't revolve around her..
But still, if audience are sensible enough, they can accept her..Because pregnancy before marriage is quite common these days in every part of the world. If her repentance is properly shown for the sin that she's committed, I don't see anything wrong in it. It's a daily issue the CTs would be dealing with.
