when i entered IF home page I saw each show had ratings & Bidaai was 6th .I just want to know how the ratings are given,i mean is it voted by us or they consider some parameter)

Actually i rarely see India-Forums home page as i have saved Bidaai pages link & today i saw & wanted to know how they rate

And did you guys see new Promo ,After seeing Ragini's expression i felt very bad for her as she thinks she has not fulfilled her duties as Khushi's Mother & she feels she is helpless in this situation
