Any married women can fulfill the physical needs of her husband and family effortlessly.
But to marry a mentally challenged man , Sadhana choose not a normal life or happiness for herself.She did it with love and selflessness.There was no guarantee that Alekh is going to become normal one day, but she accepted it.That itself makes her so unique.
She was a good patni all along and even during the rift track, her breakup was due to Alekh not willing to support her.
I too support her for signing the divorce papers,since I believe no woman should throw herself at a man or place where her existence has no value.It is a shame on her dignity.

I would completely agree about the divorce with all of you and support Sadhna for it too had she signed the divorce papers because there was no point to her marriage. But she signed the papers to get money for her mami's operation with other options clearly available. What was the whole point of resisting and trying to get money another way so she doesn't have to divorce Alekh then? She should have just accepted the deal when Vasu first offered it then.
