TV actor Kinshuk Mahajan aka Ranvir of STAR Plus' Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai loves to keep himself fit by not dieting but by eating nutritious food at regular intervals. |
We spoke to Kinshuk Mahajan (Ranvir) who said, "I don't believe in dieting but I am aware that one must eat healthy food at regular intervals to keep our body and mind fresh. So before coming on the sets, I get up early morning I do basic yoga then I eat corn flakes with skimmed milk and have boiled eggs." Further he said that, "On the sets, if I am shooting under the heat then I carry juices and the one main thing one which I must have is water because it helps us to hydrate in the heat and then I eat food in the correct time and I avoid the sets food which is unhygienic and oily. So I prefer to home cooked food which is healthy." "After many incidences of our co-actors like fainting on the sets, I have realized the importance to keep my stomach and body energetic because of our weird working timings and I don't go to the gym but I do a little of yoga to de stress myself."
