Hehe...we both have corn flakes wif skimmed milk. Nice! But i dont have boiled eggs though. Nd i dont drink juice either, rather than carrying juices i carry fruit. Water is sumfin i carry all da time.

Wonderful strategies employed by Kinshuk.

Eating timely and never keeping onself hungry speedens the Metabolism rate of the body. This alone can keep the body in shape, and not let it loose its shape. The key is ofcourse, never to keep oneself hungry, and keep eating something once every hour or so.

8 to 10 glasses of water a day ... is another magical tip, which is to be followed as a must.
