I would also have personally liked to see something like you've said in your post but well, let's stop this lead matter here..They have caused fights in the forum very often!😆
And,it wasn't Sadhna alone who got RR married..They first got married coz they loved each other and later everybody played their part, that's it!
And,thanks for the clarification.

Hehe,Salha and Sapna..True,the DTs are so stupid that they are totally mishandling Bidaai!🤣

Hey no problem 😃

But they always say (almost everybody, positive and negative and RagVir themselves, said atleast once in some episode) that it was all because of Sadhna, isnt it?

But anyways, they did get married. And perhaps Sadhna was an essential junction. And thats good. She is her sister.

However, going back to the discussion ... Ragini does have the next episode really. Beyond this week, I see a gloomy future for all the promises she brought. And all the charisma this character had which got all of you guyz and many die hard fans.

However, as someone mentioned. If atleast Alekh turns positive ... atleast something good will happen 😊. Only bad is happening since some time... :(

Huh? Ok...I am yet to read the entire thread but I am just writing based on the topic and what I read on the first page...Ragini did not brush off her Baujis hand per say- because she has a problem with him or something- she brushed it off, because she clearly shown to be lifeless and feels that no ones good wishes will help her out now. I really don't think that particular scene portrayed her in a negative light visavis her actions towards her bauji. It was such a small scene to begin with and the way Kaushi ran outside after that scene showed how crushed she is that her daughter has become lifeless and is not being receptive to human touch/ bonding.

Yes, Raginis character needs to emerge stronger. But I really don't think she even realized whose hand she was brushing off in todays episode!

Isabel thank god you came. That is what I was telling she did not brush away Mamaji's hand delibrately but it just fell down lifeless.

Kezia dear, no need to apologise, as I have already told no sorry and no thank you between friends. 🤗. I agree with you that ragini should emerge stronger but regarding the topic she did not brush away mamaji's hands that is for sure. See her expressions it was just that she is not in this world.....and she is numb with pain.

OK..so I read most posts in this thread and I am glad there are others who agree with me...Thanks kamuralee! 😊

As for Ragini- I really don't understand why there is even doubt as to whether she is a lead character or not! Bidaai is a story about two sisters- and their life and differences they face because of their color- though the color part has been missing from the show for the longest time, it STILL remains a story of two sisters. Because of their marriage, and the importance of their respective' patis', Bidaai becomes a story with 4 leads. I really don't get why there is even discussion about the contrary and whether Ragini is a lead or not. Sometimes, the story focussed on Saalekh when they got married, then, it was the Ragvir love story and Saalekh took a back seat....so it has been a balance of both.

Anyways, coming back to topic. I agree, Ragini is not being given a lot to do in the current track apart from crying n missing Ranvir. But honestly speaking, given her current predicament, I really don't expect her to do anything else either. I know this is a show, its all fiction. But for once, I'd like them to show something real. That girl has become a stone- is lying on the bed, is not able to express her emotions, is missing her husband, is mourning the loss of her child- I really don't expect her to gain super human strength all of a sudden and come out side to see what really is happening. I am not saying that what is happening with Sadhna is correct- but I really don't think it is Raginis time and place to stop this. Maybe Aalekh can do something. For Ragini, it only real to be consumed in her own grief and not be able to realize what is happening around her. That is weak, yes, but more real IMO.

Well Isabel, that maybe your POV, but cant agree with you on that.

In the love track as you mention, Sadhna was there in the front. In those days I was not in IF, so perhaps missed all your perspectives. Regarding romance ofcourse, it was always RagVir. But romance is not always all about it. For example in YRKKH, there is pre-marital romance between Mohit and Nandini. Later on in Bidaai, every one (positive, negative or RagVir themselves) stressed repeatedly themselves how Sadhna have made them possible. This surprised me too, because I thought they could give her credit, but not whole. But if you guyz are fare (and come out of your defense for your idols for a second) you will know that what I am writing is truth.

Later, a great signal came out of the Book that Mamaji wrote about Bidaai. Where the book's name was 'Bidaai' and the cover had Sadhna. And there was an argument and praise chain on why it was centralized on Sadhna. Thus, the CT tried once again to sidelines Ragini, which now I think was the turning point. From that point maybe they decided they will only concentrate more on one character, while others nearer to it, or further away.

Plus, Saalekh never took a back seat. Because there was no Saalekh as there was RagVir. Saalekh I think never existed. It was Sadhna always. She was taking care of a mentally challenged man, who was obviously crazy about her. Much like little children are crazy about their nannies. But as they grow up, they realise that its just a nanny, whose value is less than their other priorities.

I respect all your emotions entwined towards Ragini. But honestly, since I have been watching the show I never felt she displayed her potential as a lead. Her consistent misunderstandings did not help her. Neither did her uncalculated grief for one year imprisonment of her husband, and loosing the child in such a careless manner, while Sadhna being blamed.

I myself want Ragini to be a stronger character and realise her potential as a lead once again. I would like her to step forward and display idealistic norms.

If only Ragini was just one of the other positive characters, I could understand her prolonged stone-ness, and uncontrolled reaction towards Sadhna. Also her furthering from values such as truth. But as I know from you guyz, that she being a lead - obviously we have to expect things of that level from her. Leads must be shown higher. Its a Serial (not real life). In this, the lead must rise up at the toughest times. Otherwise, they are no different from any of the other lesser characters.

This is the reason that many of the Ragini fans including myself are praying that this week they must show Ragini stronger. Otherwise its really a dead end.

As for Ranvir, soon when he comes out, I predict him to drift further away from Ragini if he finds she didnt make any positive move.

I know, some emotions will stiff flow more rapidly than understanding. But its acceptable I guess. There are different genres of fans (with all respect).
I would love to see the neccessary rise in Ragini's character as early as next episode. If that doesnt happen, its really a full and final there. A very deep blow to her position as a character with so much promise :(. This will certainly not be what Bidaai then offered. The uniqueness of the show will be certainly undermined. And I'm afraid that has already happened to a large extent.

I still cross my fingers for Ragini! this week ... this week....
