It seems Alekh doesn't want Sadhana in his life anymore. He has been behaving so rude with her since DB days...so whats new.

I agree. He is acting so weird and abnormally now.

Now I am thinking that Saalekh story seems to be inspired from some old movies like Khilona, Khamoshi etc. where the girl doesn't get the guy's love after he gets better. The only difference is that Alekh remembers Sadhana. Hopefully there will be a happy ending for Saalekh eventually unlike "Khamoshi" movie with a sad ending.....not sure how "Khilona" ended.
