Chapter 12
Saadhna goes to meet vinu, vinu is downstairs getting the arrangements done. Saadhna comes downstairs and calls out to vinu. Vinu turns and sees Saadhna standing. Saadhna says 'aapne mujhe bulaya tha?" Vinu says "haan saadhna, zara dekho arrangement kaisa hai? Tujhe pasand hai?" Saadhna begins to look at the arrangements. The hall is covered with beautiful lights along with blue and white net curtains with white stones against the wall, on the stairs railing and on the ceiling. Vinu says "dekh agar tujhe kuch pasand nahi hai toh bata de, abhi change ho sakta hai, baad mein mat bolna ki mujhe yeh pasand nahi tha yah woh pasand nahi tha." Saadhna says "Bhaiya arrangement bohut acha hai, mujhe bohut pasand hai." Vinu asks "Sure?" saadhna smiles and says "ji" Vinu smiles at saadhna and says "Toh theek hai, bas kal subah balloons bhi lag jaayenge. Dekhna tum saadhna, teri engagement mein itna dhoom machayenge, itna dhoom machayenge ki sab dekhte reh jaayenge. Dekhna tu." Saadhna smiles shyly. "arrey yeh kya humari saadhna sharmaa rahi hai?" says vinu sounding surprised. Saadhna says 'kya bhaiya." as she lightly hits him on his arm. Vinu gives her a hug. Ragini comes downstairs and sees vinu and Saadhna hug and Ragini rushes to them and says "arrey wah bhaiya, mujhe bhool gaye" vinu smiles and says "arrey tujhe kaise bhool sakta hoon. Yahaan aao" The trio hug each other. Kaushi and PC sees this and they smile. Kaushi says 'inka pyaar humesha bana rahe." PC nods.
It's morning. Aalekh is sitting in his room thinking about saadhna, he hasn't slept all night. He has office files on his table and a pen in his hand. Ranvir wakes up. He puts his music on loud and begins to work out. Aalekh gets a bit disturbed and he yells 'RANVIR VOLUME DOWN KARO, MAIN KAAM KAR RAHA HOON." Ranvir can't hear aalekh as his music is too loud. Aalekh gets irritated and walks to ranvir's room. He sees Ranvir is too busy working out, Aalekh walks into the room and puts the volume down. Ranvir turns around and sees aalekh is there. "Kya bhaiya?" asks ranvir. "Ranvir, tumhe workout karne ke liye itne loud music ki zaroorat nahi hai. Keep the volume down, main apne kamre mein kaam kar raha hoon." Says Aalekh. "Aap aaj ke din bhi kaam kar rahe ho?" asks Ranvir. "aaj ke din bhi kaam kar rahe ho matlab? Aaj kya hai?" asks aalekh. Ranvir says 'Haan kuch bhi toh nahi hai aaj, bas saadhna ki engagement hai... sameer ke saath." Aalekh is upset to hear this and irritatingly says 'toh main kya karoon? Ek ladki ke jaane se zindagi toh nahi rukti na?" Aalekh walks off angrily, leaving ranvir shocked. Ranvir thinks to himself 'Bhaiya, aapne abhi toh yeh kehdiya, lekin shaam ko nahi kahenge, I know you 😉 Bhaiya...tayaar rahiyega aaj shaam ko aapki zindagi ka sabse badha SHOCK nahi nahi SURPRISE milne waala hai." ranvir expressions are funny here 😆.
It's evening. Ranvir comes to aalekh's Room, aalekh is standing near his window lost in thoughts. Ranvir enters aalekh's room carrying Aalekh's suit for the evening. It's a white coloured suit with a light blue shirt. Ranvir says "bhaiya...yeh lijiye. Aaj aap ko yeh pehan na hai." Aalekh turns around and sees the suit and asks 'yeh kisliye hai?" ranvir says "arrey bhaiya, aaja saadhna ki engagement hai na...toh tayaar nahi hona kya?" Aalekh looks out the window and says "Nahin, mujhe nahi jaana wahaan." Ranvir is shocked to hear this, and gets worried. Ranvir hesitantly says "uhhhhbbb...kyun bhaiya? Nahin, aapko jaana hi hoga...acha nahi lagega na, hum sab jaa rahe hai toh aapko bhi chalna hoga." Aalekh gets irritated and yells "MAINE KAHA NA MUJHE KAHIN NAHI JAANA, TUM KYUN MUJHE BAAR BAAR PARESHAAN KARNE AA JAATE HO? Jao yahaa se, Main kahin nahi jaunga." Ranvir gets really worried now. He leaves the suit in his room and leaves. Ranvir is in his room worried. He says 'Oh god, yeh bhaiya toh jaane se hi mana kar rahe hain...ab main kya karoon? Soch Ranvir kuch soch...soch soch soch...." ranvir begins to think hard and he gets an idea. He quickly rushes downstairs. He calls out to Vasu and tells her the whole situation. Vasu gets worried and says 'Ranvir tum bhi na, arrey hadh hoti hai mazaak ki...ab main kaise..." Ranvir begs Vasu to get Aalekh to agree to go with them. Vasu goes upstairs to Aalekh's Room and says "aalekh, beta main kya sun rahi hoon? Tum humare saath nahi chal rahe ho? Kyun?" aalekh says "Ma...mera mann nahi hai please, mujhe kahin nahi jaana." Vasu says "arrey aise kaise nahi jaana, saadhna toh tumhari dost hai na? Aur tum dono toh ek doosre ke saath kaam bhi karte ho, agar tum nahi jaoge toh saadhna ko acha nahi lagega na...chalo tayaar ho jao..." Aalekh says "Ma mera mann nahi kar raha hai." Vasu smiles and says "beta hum sab chal rahe hai, agar tum nahi aaoge humare saath toh acha nahi lagega. C'mon ab get ready. Please?" as she says that she picks up the suit and gives it to aalekh. Aalekh agrees even though he doesn't feel like going. He takes the suit and gets dressed.
Saadhna and Ragini are getting Ready. Saadhna has her hair beautifully tied in a bun along with a side fringe. Ragini has her hair done like she had in SPA. Saadhna goes to wear her dress for the evening. Saadhna wears a beautiful light blue saree with white stones on it that give her saree a heavy look. Saadhna asks "Ragini, main kaisi lag rahi hoon?" Ragini turns to look around and is stunned to see Saadhna. Saadhna looked extremely beautiful. Ragini says "Bohut bohut khoobsurat lag rahi ho tum saadhna, dekhna tum aaj toh sab ki nazar tumpe hogi, speciallu humare aalekh jija ji ki." Saadhna smiles shyly, but then has a worried look on her face.
Ranvir, inderjit and vasu are waiting downstairs for Aalekh. Ranvir wears black pants with a deep red colored shirt long with black strips and a black vest. Ranvir is getting very impatient. Ravir shouts "BHAIYA, JALDI KIJIYE HUM LATE HO RAHE HAI." Aalekh says 'Main ready hoon" Everyone turns around o look at him. Aalekh is walking down the stairs. Ranvir is really excited and happy. Aalekh comes downstairs and walks up to them and says "Chalein?" ranvir nods and says "Haan bhaiya, chalo.chalein mom. Papa chalo" vasu and inderjit nod and they leave.
At the Sharma mansion everyone has arrived. The room is beautifully decorated along with light blue and white balloons, and white candles. Saadhna is eagerly waiting for Aalekh to arrive. Saadhna's friend Sameer arrives with his family. Sameer congratulates saadhna. Saadhna is really happy to see sameer. She gives Sameer a hug. Just then the Rajvansh family arrives. Aalekh sees saadhna hug Sameer, and gets really upset. Ranvir puts his hand on Aalekh's shoulder and nods. Aalekh walks inside and stands in the corner. Kaushi and PC go and greet the rajvansh's happily and offers them some drinks. Aalekh is standing there in the corner continuously looking at Saadhna talking to sameer. Saadhna looks at Aalekh and notices that he is uncomfortable and saadhna gets a little uncomfortable too. Ranvir sees this and he walks up to Aalekh and says "kya hua bhaiya? Aap itna upset kyun hai? Maine toh aapko kaha tha na ki agar aap saadhna ko pasand karte hai toh bata dijiye. Aapne toh apne dil ki baat itne din chupa ke rakhi unse, aur jab aapne bataya toh unke rishta pakka hone ke baad." Aalekh gets really upset and uncomfortable. Ranvir says "Khair jo hona tha woh toh..." ranvir turns the other way and sees someone coming down the stairs wearing a beautiful black coloured lehnga along with Silver stones on it that create a heavy look, along with a really heavy dupatta. It's Ragini. Ranvir is completely stunned to see ragini. She is looking exceptional. Ranvir continues to stare at her. Aalekh looks at ranvir and looks where Ranvir is looking and sees ragini coming down. He looks back at Ranvir and then at ragini. Aalekh shakes ranvir lightly as he says "Ranvir?" Ranvir comes back to his senses and says "uhhhb..haan...uhhhb, main kya bol raha tha?" Aalekh has that 'oh god give my brother some brain' look😆.
The lights go off, and a spot light focuses on Ragini who is standing there with a mic. Ragini says "good evening everyone. Sabse pehle main aap sabka shukriya adaa karna chahti hoon, jo aap sab aaj yahaan meri behn ki khushiyo mein shaamil hone aaye. Aaj meri behn saadhna ki engagement hai, Mr Aalekh rajvansh ke saath." Aalekh is shocked, as well as surprised. Ranvir looks at Aalekh and smiles seeing Aalekh's reaction. Saadhna is standing right next to Aalekh and giggles seeing Aalekh's reaction. Aalekh's is really over joyed with excitement. Aalekh looks at saadhna with a wide smile. Saadhna slowly moves towards aalekh's ear and whispers "Aalekh, I Love You Too" Aalekh is really surprised and he faints 😆 everyone looks at Aalekh and is shocked to see him faint. 😆 Aalekh has a smile on his face, while he is unconscious 😆
Preview: Aalekh and Saadhna get engaged. ranvir begins to sing dulhaniya from the movie dosti, along with ragini, saadhna and Aalekh 😉
