Did ambika killed dadaji

ok wait guys am confuised they didnt showed she killed dada ji they just showed she was talkign to daada ji and she grabs his neck or did she showed she choked dadaji neck or not😕

Chotti Maa killed dadajii, she doesn't need to take a knife to show that she killed him, the way she was talking to him, got him that heart attack, he was about to take his medicin, but she throw the medicin and didn't let him to take it, she did use violence, the way she was holding him, he could not even breath, even the way she was talking to him and threating him, if this not violence, then what?.......

Dada ji died from heart attack but the reasons behind his heart attack is Choti ma ... in short Dadaji would have been still alive if Choti ma did not confront him that way or even if she did at least let him take his medications when he needed them...
