Thats why I think this is probably more psychological than a question of brian issues to be cured with meds only. Sadhna is the reason he's become so much less violent and aware and sane. Very valid point! I agree! it would explain alot of things, like how it was possible for someone to only show him a certain kind of love (like Sadi has) for someone with his condition to mellow.... If his main issue was more psychological than anything else, then it makes sense that someone's particular encouragement and love would make him ease up on things....And had his condition been purely medical, then there's no way that he would suddeny calm down only after someone showed him some affection......
What is strange is that they still feed him meds now knowing that it didn't really make a difference, as it was only Sadi's love that was able to tame his more violent tendencies, or at least that's what we are led to believe....But maybe, they figured that the combination of Sadi's care and meds will be enough to make him better some day.....who knows.
