he is mental b/c he was very close to his grandfather and when his grandfather died alekh thought he was responsible for it thats why he is afraid of police.... as to why he doesn't like vasu i do not think that its b/c he loved a girl b/c when he became mental he was 10 yrs old, i doubt that he is ambika son.... lets see what happens

Um... thats pretty unlikely since they've implied a few times that whatever happened to cause Alekh's condition happened in his childhood. For example, his drawings, his talks abt his grandfather, the flashbacks of falling off steps, etc.

Fortunately, this show isn't like the usual where his condition is due to a lost love or something ridiculous along those lines.

^^Kruthi- I agree, they have resemble his condition is coz of a past of his childhood, and i am hoping to see his recovery in a different way which turns out beautiful.... and it evolves nycly and gradual process.... May b Sadhna wud play a vital role in it and i trust Bidaai makers they wud potray it nycly,atleast hoping so!!

I so agree and this is why its worth watching something different and unusal yet Aalekh's character is sketched so beautifully!!
