^ Yeah, it's quite a shame really. She is no where near as popular as Panchi Bora, Additi Gupta, Prachi Desai, etc.... though I personally think she's a better actress than them... She gets no attention from the media or Ekta... she has worked in two of her shows....one as a main lead and one as a villain! I think she's one of those ppl who just choose to remain low-profile and focus on their work....and she may be a very good actress, but I still can't bear to watch torturous K-shows for that anymore😆.....neither KAA or Kasamh Se.....For the former, the show went weird a long time ago, so I'm not surprised if it doesn't get much attention anymore.....as for Kasamh Se, the kind of character that they've shown Meera as....beating the crap out of other women mercilessly, tossing them around, banging their heads into trees etc. etc.....I'm not surprised to see why her character is so hated....but that right there instantly shows what an excellent actress she is....to manage to make ppl hate her especially after playing the sacrificing bahu......ultimately I too hope that she breaks free from the Kekta shackles and does something different.

when i used to watch KAA back in IQBAL-TIMES, i used to LOVEEEEEEE her, i still doo.. but since i used to see her 4 days outta the week, she was like my idol! she was so simple, hardly had many lines in the start, but still made her presense felt!

and i know what you mean about not getting accolades for her performance! she never even gets nominated in anything! which sucks cus she is amazing! i wanted her to at least get nominated, but she doesn'T! =( NO FAIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
