Whilst that would be so cool i think Ragini's got an army of people who would get to her before Ranvir even realised what was happening, like mamaji, mamiji and Sadhna. Although i bet she does the vrath in secret because if she tells mamiji she's fasting, mamiji will probably force feed her because she'll figure out it's for Ranvir.

Also, hate to bring you guys down, but i think you're being kind of optimistic hoping that all this will happen on Monday, i bet we don't see any karva chauth action until thursday

i think they will both keep the fast since they were initially going to keep it for each other when they thought they were anmol and anamika. i think ragini will see ranvir after looking at the moon, so many coincidences have happened between them and will continue to do so in the future.
