for now its not confirmed that bharti will turn negative ...when Ansuba says that Bhumi will fail the test ..then she will fulfill the promise of marrying her to Jay ...to that bharti says what will happen if bhumi will pass the exams and bharti was also crying with Jay's pic in her hands ...so it seems she has developed feelings for Jay ...but it doesnt seems that bharti will turn negative becaz she is a noble girl.
